WHY IS THE DELIVERY GUY ANSWERING YOUR TELEPHONE? The "supervisor" came out later in the week to deliver. It was obvious from his demeanor that he was aware of my concerns, but, again, had no intention of addressing it. If you want to buy something from these guys, do yourself a favor and bring a truck.

Don't get your plates here when you buy a vehicle...... it took well over 3 months to get this right.... I had to fight like I was pulling teeth to get the plate I ordered and paid for..... the paper trail of errors was well tracked and Repocast went above & beyond to rectify such a blunder. I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future, there are great deals to be had here....... however...... I will deal with the secretary of state personally and get my own plates and registration. A big thanks to the entire staff at Repocast for thier efforts in correcting someone else's errors. Having purchased a couple items in the past I thought their service had improved. The owner of state it was placed on the website Thursday morning of the day the auction closed. However I didn't visit the main page of the auction site just my bid pages, therefore I didn't know. When I called to find out if they were available for me to pick my item up I was informed the address would be on my final invoice. According to the owner even though my initial invoice sent and was received as normal the other one kept bouncing back. Therefore they charged me a fee for transportation of my item. Despite my attempts to explain that not picking up the item at the address of the auction was not my fault, and I had in fact communicated with them and tried to obtain the address; they didn't care. Therefore I will no longer do business with them because something's always a pain in the ass with these guys.
