Carrie and Joel - owners and operators of this family based plumbing business are great to work…read morewith! We had them trouble shoot a leaking toilet and three faucets. They did quality and honest work. They are slightly more than the competition, but you do get what you pay for! Finding trustworthy tradespeople who do quality work is a challenge, but we were completely happy with the professional job they did! Just a heads up since this is a small family owned business, Carrie answers the phone with a warm hello, and not their business name, so keep that in mind.

They finally showed at later in the afternoon. I should them the job I had and responded with their thoughts on how it should be done. And when I asked how much to install my water softener and move two spigots Joey said 2000$. I thought wow a little high when I already had a quote for 900$. My response don't let the door hit you on the way out. I kept my 2000$ Well Carrie you weren't here so you don't know what happened or have any idea as to what I needed done. I pulled a permit finished the job and it passed inspection with the materials I had on hand. It cost me probably $70.00 in extra fittings materials since I had fittings and such from when I retired after 38 years in the Building Maintenance mechanical field. Journeyman Pipe fitter, HVAC Class A and Stationary Engineer High Pressure Steam. Those 2 guys need a lesson on manners matter when dealing with the public. Being rude and know it all attitude just doesn't cut it. Remember the customer is always right and make the best decisions for themselves. This industry has taken a step backward in the wrong direction over changing customers just to get their money. That's how us elderly people feel when companies all they care about is the dollar we just want honesty, integrity, respect and trust. Not double talk.
