Apparently they were too busy to call back, yet they advertised regularly about their services. John never returned a single phone message. I had about $20K of work to be done and really wanted a smaller business to do it rather than a larger business that would then subcontract the work and not take pride it the finished project. In my final message to John I advised the work was not urgent but I would appreciate a response just letting me know if he was going to have the time later in the year. All I heard was crickets. So I farmed the work out in bits and pieces to different workers and about 75% has been completed. I am still looking for somebody to call when we need sprinklers and yard work done on 3 properties we have. Any suggestions? I can be flexible if the owner returns messages.

It took me hours to pick out all of the concrete and dirt from on top of my lawn. I had to reseed large areas of my back and front yard because of this and his heavy equipment. They also left cement splattered on the side of my house and garage. The invisible fence line was cut, as well as my sprinkler system was cut in several areas even after I showed him where these areas were before he began. In the spring, the driveway started crumbling. I contacted him and he had to tear it out and re-pour it. Unfortunately, it was more of the same. More mess, more concrete splattered everywhere, they destroyed part of my neighbors yard and used it as a dump, sprinkler lines cut again, and he did a poor job. The concrete is rough and uneven with discoloration. The biggest problem is he put a hole in the side of my house with his equipment. He told me that my house may have been hit by lightning or UPS truck backed into the side of my house, but it wasn't his equipment that did it. This is a illogical and unreasonable. The only thing that could've done this damage is the bucket of his heavy equipment. He takes no responsibility for any of this. Do not use this company. Other company names associated with this is Castle Rock Concrete and Colorado Springs concrete.

I had never went to a place like this and needed a ton of rock or bricks or any of that type of stuff so I absolutely had no idea what I was doing and I'm just grateful for their courteousness. They were very patient walked me through the process of weighing your truck and then getting the rock dumped in and then coming back and re-weighing and how that's different compared to if you just want to get like gardening blocks or bricks. Robert has been our point of contact and he has been extremely professional to my wife and I, and so have his staff. We ended up doing a concrete walkway, extra patio, drains, trees, shrubs etc. They also put in a sprinkler system for us with drip lines. What I appreciated is how there was a financial discount to have the work done in the winter, and we didn't have to wait until the spring to have everything completed. Obviously, the grass and some trees will be done in the spring but it's nice to have what can be done now, done now. I think the price we paid was very reasonable for the quality of the work. I happily recommend this company!
