Can't open the two gates because they scrape on the landscape floor and on the cement they poured for the post. The gate hooks are not properly installed. Hack job! The back gate won't stay closed. Good thing it hooks up on the cement they poured or it would stay wide open all the time. Added unfounded extra charges to the final bill. Went into my house when I wasn't home. (I have cameras). I will have to cut the bottom of the gates so I can open them and redo the gate hooks. Surely the back fence will not stay up long???
