Went through the drive through. The service was fast and my hotdog and French fries stayed warm. Their hotdog tastes great. The bun was a little damp from the food, but again it was the perfect size for the hotdog. I wish I could get Lions choice hotdogs at the grocery store I was be able to get a fast lunch at home. read more

The service at this location (Gravios Bluffs) has really gone downhill recently. I literally couldn't get waited on tonight. Walked in the door and went straight ahead to where you order and stood there for 5 minutes being totally ignored. No greeting or "be right with you" no nothing. There were 3 people working - 1 drive-thru, 1 person in the back preparing the orders - and 1 person working the front counter. This dude would not turn around. He stood there with his back to the customer (me) with a bag in his hand waiting for something else to complete the order. It's not like I wasn't seen, they just chose to ignore me. I walked out after waiting for 5 minutes with no service. Love the food, but you may want to go through the drive-thru if you go there. Service inside sucks big time. read more

went through drive thru at Gravois Bluff location, just wanted to say I got chicken strip sandwich meal. The chicken was cooked perfectly, crispy on outside moist on inside, best chicken I have had in years. Customer service was also great. very nice polite drive thru guy. I live in Fenton and used to frequent this one from time to time with no issue. Service was good. I went there about 2 weeks ago and noticed they only give you half the fries they used to and beef was a little lite too. Plus food was luke warm at best. So fast forward to today and decided to try again with same result food was hardly warm and fries were about 1/2 way cooked and soggy. I mean the portion size for an $11 meal is pathetic. I only eat fast food maybe 1-2 times a month and when I do I am so disappointed with results like this cause if I am going to have a blow it meal I want it to be hot and fresh. We have visited this particular location on several locations when visiting Fenton. It's next door to the gas station which is nice however getting in and out can be troublesome since this is a busy area with Walmart and other stores on the same side of the Bluffs. However I love that they offer a drive thru. If you slip around back it is nice and convienent to get in line and place your order. If you are a fan of Roast Beef than this is your place. It much better than it's competitor in my opinion. There is something about the seasoning they add to the meat not to mention the Horseradish Sauce (or Horsey Sauce as we call it). No sandwich is complete without it or the BBQ sauce. The young lady that assisted us in the drive thru was pleasant and quick, because when I almost left without my Iced Tea I ordered she was fast enough to catch me before I drove away and then car behind me was polite enough to pull back to a smidge to allow me to back up and grab it from her. My mom enjoyed her Ham sandwich that she ordered. She said it is one of the best she has had from a Fast Food location and let me just say, I love a good roast beef sandwich and that is what draws me back every time I am in town for a visit. Employees were talking the whole time and took forever getting my food. Mind you there was no line and the buisness was very slow. I really love eating at Lions Choice. With the rising cost of eating out, I can no longer justify the extras so if I do get out as I did here, I only get a sandwich. It was pretty good but I couldn't help to notice that the staff looked like less than professional and I'd even go as dar as saying they looked pretty shabby with exotic hair, way more tattoos that I'm comfortable with and excessive piercings that could get lost in the food. Horrific! I guess that's just the state of affairs with workers and restaurants. Nobody cares. Completely totally cold limp non-salted french fries and a coagulated bloody mess that probably at one time was roast beef on a sandwich. The sandwich was also so cold it didn't melt the cheese that got slapped on it. I grabbed it between my fingers and pulled out a 10" long blonde or gray hair. Disgusting. Do not eat the food at Lions Choice in Fenton. There is hair embedded in the roast beef. read more

Came in on a Thursday night. 10/13/16 @9pm to be exact. Only stating this so they can look back and see who was working. We ordered two small chocolate dipped cones. As we were wondering why it was taking so long and why the "manager" felt the need to give us a handful of napkins after the employee just gave us a handful of napkins; we realized all he wanted to do was come to the window to catch a smell of our car. "Oh, I can smell it now" as he and his employee both chuckled. Well, mr "manager" we're just as clever as you in your obvious quest to smell our car. Stopped in today for my first visit ever to a Lion's Choice. I will certainly be coming back. For those that don't know, its similar to an Arby's but the roast beef is better in my opinion. Although, I prefer Arby's curly fries over LC as well as Arby's sauce. The Horseradish is way better at LC though. Today, I had a large Roast Beef sandwich that was served on a hoagie roll. I loaded it up with the horseradish sauce and it was excellent. My only complaint is that it's a Pepsi joint and I prefer Coke. But, I survived the experience on Diet Dr. Pepper. read more
