Breakfasts were pricey (two people $40 with gratuity) but worth it. Morning staff were great - we had the same waitress both mornings and she was delightful. I had the breakfast parfait and it was HUGE and delicious. I was starving, but cried uncle half way through. For dinner, there were three of us, and we got a whack of appetizers. Calamari, avocado spring rolls, yam fries, salsa shrimp, chicken wings, cheese-stuffed meatballs.... Needless to say, we were stuffed and happy. More friendly staff on the dinner shift to round out the experience. I would definately go back there. No problem!

The hotel had a pool, but I did not have the opportunity to give it a shot. There was a a sports group of kids at the hotel during the stay that took it over. That being said, that was the only place that I heard any of them. The location was great! Easy to access and not too far from the main highways. Across the parking lot is even a restaurant!

The showers we're usually clean and they are cleaned regularly. The campsites are good. Lots of tree coverage making it nice to have some privacy at your site. There are flush toilets scattered about. Well lit. Which is good and bad. Bad re: attracting bugs and good because night time is pretty dark. This campground has water and dump sites. It's usually a busy campground so depending on when you're coming or going the line ups will be what they will be. Great walking trails. Bikes are good too. Not for every trail, but given skill levels ... Just don't be silly. The townsite is a good distance of a walk, but if you're wanting to be outdoors this is a good thing to do. I mean, the townsite does have ice cream.

We used the pool and hot tub. Both were great. It was not busy at all. Towels are available in the pool area. Our rooms each had a robe which we took advantage of. Our neighbors upstairs were really loud and noisy. The front desk attendant was helpful and gave us a discount. The place is clean and bright. I will definitely stay here again.

The suite was very nice with a large screen TV, large work desk, wet bar, frig., micro wave and a very comfortable king size bed with a clean duvet cover. I love the clean duvet which is their signature amenities. It is one of the main reasons I enjoy staying at Hamptons. The room was also very clean as was the whole hotel. It was built in 2010 but, looks brand new and they keep the entire place very clean. The breakfast was very good as well. Everything was kept full and fresh and the fresh fruit was especially good. If you are looking for a place to stay don't pass this up. It is easy off/on from Hwy 2 and there is easy access to things in town.

She gave me some excuse about safety and it becoming demagnetized blah blah blah. My concern Is not the no, it is the know from the shadows. Unfortunately they do not have rooms with King sized beds - which we would have preferred. The room was modern, clean, good sized TV and an excellent value. The only two complaints we had was that the bathroom was small and one of the lights in the bathroom didn't work - so it was dark. We mentioned it to the front desk, but it was not repaired. All the clocks were set wrong as well - probably hadn't been changed since daylight savings time in November. There was also no coffee in the room - so we had to get some from the front desk. The COVID 19 "carry and go" breakfast was adequate. The location is great, and if we need a hotel to overnight in Red Deer, we would come here again.
