Discounts, selections and great customer service…read more For a kitchen upgrade we decided to add an 84" tall appliance garage with roll out shelves for all those cumbersome countertop accessories. Matching 17y/o cabinets was beyond easy. Custom cabinet maker or re-face everything to match. Oh No! Staff member took our phone call and found what we were looking for in a cheaper option. Still ALL WOOD! Not that particle board stuff they do not carry. We went in 2 days later and immediately shown to 3 in stock. She cut open boxes until she found one without any imperfections. Paid for it. Offered a military discount. Now we have 3 weeks for the contractor to pick it up. Ordered the roll out shelves. It's going to be a fine appliance garage. If you don't at least walk through the store to see the savings they offer, you will be doing yourself a disservice. #UpCloseSavor XP

Ryan came to my house for the inspection and estimate and was the supervisor of the job. He was here every day to check on the job and answer any questions I had. Mack, Ed and Noe were the crew and they did a fantastic job. They were on time everyday, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were very respectful to me and my property and were very concerned about my satisfaction with the job. After they were finished, Ryan came back to my house and leveled out the ground near the wall and explained the importance of the ground level in maintaining the stucco. Brett, the Service Manager, was very responsive in sending me copies of their Certificate of Insurance Liability and Certificate of Ohio Workers' Compensation. I would hire Reitter again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone needing stucco work.

Horrible customer service. Customer satisfaction is not a priority…read more Our sales rep "missed" our multiple comments to NOT install splash guards on our bathroom vanities (I've never found them aesthetically pleasing). Installation day came, and they installed splash guards. We cannot remove them even if you wanted to, because the tops are "cut shorter to make for easier install". So if removed ourselves, there's about a 1/2 inch gap on each side that caulk cannot cover. When I called our sales rep, her only solution was to tell us they could provide a quote to have them replaced. There was no ownership in the fact that they made a mistake, let alone try to correct it. This is a very reasonable complaint in my opinion, as I'm typically very passive with issues I feel are minor. I've worked with other local companies in my area that will immediately remedy a problem for a customer. Not this company. I'd suggest purchasing from one of the many other local granite companies that has more regard for customer satisfaction.
