We tried Sashimi #46-#55 and it all good. Check the next pictures for it. No #56 bec it wasn't available.

Foods are all good! Plating is great , amount of servings is perfect Service is also good! Very attentive to our needs and missing. When we went it was late afternoon and not that busy yet. The place is nice and quiet. Very friendly staff. We are going to go back! This is a very good AYCE Japanese restaurant! Worth the price. We are from the south sac area. We don't mind driving just to eat here. First time here and this is our fave Japanese restaurant now. A lot of choices.

We went for lunch. Should have confirmed with them first because it was a holiday, they were charging dinner prices. Wasn't thrilled about that but we had already driven out all that way in the rain and were hungry. It was $130 for lunch ouch !! Been to a few ayce sushi spots over the years and this one is by far the best. Roll variety, freshness, and a flavor pop... wow! JT was a popular spot lots of other folks there enjoying lunch. Service was friendly and prompt. Would recommend for sure and will go back for the actual lunch menu/prices.

I came to try this place because of a reel on IG. The sashimi was fresh and customer service was great. My favorite was the short ribs and the lion king roll go-to sushi order. I was a bit bummed they didn't have marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. Our server was friendly and gave us half an order as we were getting full during our meal. There was a large party here for a birthday so this is a place you must try. The sashimi pieces are big compared to your typical AYCE.

Rolls and salt and pepper chicken wings and hot tea!

I went during lunch time and it wasn't too busy. I was seated right away and I chose the hot tea. I really enjoyed the hot tea. I got the Lins roll with scallop and lemon and I surprisingly enjoyed it. I don't remember the name of the other roll because I asked my server to recommend but I thought it was good as well. These were half rolls which was nice because it allowed me to try more items without getting too full so I recommend getting half rolls. Salt and pepper wings were okay but I really enjoyed the torched salmon and tuna. I ended up ordering another serving of each. Sesame balls were delicious. It's priced really well for lunch time. They were playing Christian music in the background which I loved! Would love to try their dinner menu sometime soon!

I visited Lin's Garden in Roseville, CA [2030 Douglas Blvd] on Tuesday, 02/24/26, around 12:45 PM during lunchtime. I opted for the AYCE lunch option, priced at $23.99. I tried the following items: * Fried Cheese Wonton * Miso Soup * Fried Shrimp Siumai * Yellowtail Maki * Rainbow Roll * Lin's Garden Roll * Diamond Roll What I truly appreciated was the freshness of the fish and the ingredients used to prepare the sushi rolls. All of the rolls, as well as the appetizers, were tasty and satisfying. My top favorites were the Fried Cheese Wonton, Rainbow Roll, and Yellowtail Maki. The customer service was absolutely friendly and attentive. The restaurant's interior was inviting, clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The price point for the AYCE lunch was spot-on and well worth it. All in all, I had a lovely dining experience. I'd say Lin's Garden is one of the better AYCE sushi spots I've visited. 5/5 stars, hands down. I will definitely be returning in the future.

For $37.99 per person, the AYCE is honestly a great deal considering how many options they offer. There's a solid variety to choose from, and the quality really holds up across the board. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and nothing felt rushed or thrown together. You can definitely come hungry and leave more than satisfied. I also really appreciated how spacious the restaurant is. It didn't feel crowded or chaotic, which made the whole experience more enjoyable. The presentation of the food was beautiful and added to the overall vibe. On top of that, the service was impressively quick and attentive. The moment we asked for anything, it showed up almost immediately. That level of attentiveness makes such a difference. I'd definitely recommend checking this place out!

Celebrated Chinese New Year w/ Sushi [Roseville CA] Our party of 20 occupied two long tables, we were placed in the center which worked out well. Unlike some AYCE Japanese restaurants some of us were able to order a la carte (instead of AYCE). I ordered the Lion King baked sushi and this satisfied me the entire evening and it was delicious. The staff who handled our party did an excellent job and they were also able to accommodate separate checks without any issues. Thanks to Kim! We had so much fun we lost track of time and might have even over extended our welcome. There were a good number of guests by the door waiting to be seated. Inside was spacious with plenty of table seating, booths and also a sushi bar. Lin's Garden is located in the Rocky Ridge Town Center in Roseville. Instagram: @linsgarden999 Review #3993

A group of 20 of us had dinner at Lin's Garden to celebrate Chinese New Year. I walk in a it spacious and nice inside they also have an outdoor patio I'd you want to enjoy you meal outside. The owner brought a giant complimentary sushi boat to each our groups tables that is so generous and thoughtful. The sushi was so fresh and delicious I could stop eating. This place is AYCE Sushi spot and the price is fantastic! $37.99 per person I did buy a $17 bottle of Sake to enjoy with my food. I think with tax and tip my bill was $66.00 I ordered miso soup, seaweed salad, hamachi, assortment sashimi, Sea Steaks, oysters, scallop nigiri, unagi the list goes on. Everything I ate was so delicious this is probably one of the best Sushi restaurants I've been to in the Sacramento area hands down. I would definitely have dinner here again. The staff was amazing through our group as well as taking care of the other patrons as well. This place must be pretty popular as there was a line to get in and be seated or a wait. If you're into sushi this is a must!! I highly recommend checking out Lin's Garden.

Lin's Garden is a great spot for both sushi lovers and those who prefer cooked dishes. Their AYCE menu includes sushi and a variety of hot items, which makes it easy for everyone to find something they enjoy. One of my favorite features is the unlimited fresh Kushi oysters -- any AYCE that offers those automatically earns points in my book. The oysters were fresh and delicious. The sashimi and cooked items were just as impressive. My top picks (besides the oysters) were the sea steaks, toro, and salmon belly. Everything was beautifully presented, and the fish practically melted in your mouth like butter. Service was a bit chaotic, likely because it was very busy. The staff could work on being more cohesive so guests don't have to repeat requests. That said, all of the servers were genuinely kind and friendly. At under $40, it's a solid deal for the quality you're getting. I was a little disappointed they didn't offer hamachi kama, uni, or amaebi, but overall it was a great experience. The sushi is creative, delicious, and definitely worth coming back for.

    Bluefin, toro, escolar, sake sashimi

First time here and came on a Thursday night. We were seated right away and our server was nice and attentive. AYCE for dinner is $37.99 and it includes limited sashimi as well as oysters, specials, and everything else on the lunch menu. Oysters were fresh and had a nice sauce to it. The sashimi was nice thick pieces. The best one was probably the escolar, toro, and blue fin. The seared nigiri's were great as well as the scallop nigiri. The saba nigiri was alright, it didn't really taste as fresh. Downside was no ikura nigiri included but the oysters and daily sashimi specials make up for it! They do give a lil bigger portion of rice for the nigiri so be a little cautious. We did try one roll which was good. You can order half order rolls if needed. As for the sashimi appetizers they all have the same sauce/style. The tako sashimi appetizer was a bit chewy. Overall the food was good for the price. I would come back mainly for the oysters, sashimi, and daily specials.

This place was really good, but the portions were way too huge. We didn't realize until too late that we had to request half-portions. Came with a big group and had a lot of fun. My friends ate picky and they thought the price vs. value was spot on. Nice ambiance and clean. We Liked sitting outside so the kids could move around.

Got to try Lin's Garden recently! I kept getting videos of the food and it looked delicious so I had to try for myself too. I was worried that we got there too late around 7PM and we would have to wait a long time for a table, but they still had a few more open spots! Our first order was taken quickly and the workers always came by to ask if we want to order more. The first order was the fastest to come out. It took about 10 minutes and the sashimi platter was beautifully presented. However, every sashimi order after that took around 25 to 30 minutes. This is most likely because they have too much demand and not enough employees at the bar assembling the orders. The fresh oysters are a must have and I got a few rounds of it. It was my first time having otoro bluefin sashimi and it was so melt in your mouth buttery. The appetizers came out very fast, but we had to wait too long for the fish to come out. Our last order of yellowtail was very stringy and did not look appetizing, which put us off. It was busy inside the restaurant, but still got a sense of some peaceful vibes because of the decorations and layout.

Finally had the chance to try Lin's Garden Ayce dinner with some friends this past Friday. We arrived around 6:30 PM and we were seated immediately. The place isn't super huge so I would come earlier to ensure you don't wait too long for a table. (Esp for dinner!) It filled up quickly after we arrived. We ordered a bunch of nigiri's to try and they were all really good. Except they do have a lot of rice! I'm used to Pier 50 or it's sushi where the rice is barely there! I will say the quality of the fish here is insane. Super super fresh and my god it's so fatty! I've never had a place with unlimited O-Toro sashimi for ayce. This place is super worth is if you're all about sashimi. They also had a huge variety of other stuff, all pretty decent. I knocked a star down because I ordered teriyaki chicken and it was raw. Since they are busy, I'm sure it was an accident but pls be careful!

The fish to rice ratio is glorious; they do not skimp out on the cuts of fish at all. My favorites of the nigiri are the yuzu yellowtail and the salmon. These two are easily the best out of them all (and the seared salmon belly, but this is only one order per person). In my opinion, the rolls themselves aren't too noteworthy. But I do check out any specials they have written on the board. We sprinkle in a few of the hot kitchen/appetizer items just to break through the routine of all the raw fish. Some notable items are the takoyaki and baked mussels - also the lychee sorbet for dessert. The staff have been great every time I've visited, too. Once, during a really busy rush, a waitress noticed that we've been waiting for our order for a long time and checked on our items for us. Another time, a waiter gave us a giant bowl of ginger after we requested refills. The latest time, our waitress advised us that the item we ordered wasn't very popular and suggested that we only get one just to try it out first -- and she was a saint for that! That truffle salmon dish wasn't great, but she was wonderful for warning us. We really appreciated the transparency.

We were seated quickly even though there were many parties coming thru at the same time. It became a full house pretty quickly. We did the lowest tier/pricing for AYCE. Got the bulgogi fries and chicken karaage. I wasn't a fan of either really. We ordered three sushi rolls and they ask if you want full or half portions which I really like. Gives you the opportunity to try different rolls without the full commitment of a whole one if you end up not liking it or you can order more if you do! We got full portions of the three rolls and really enjoyed them. We were full after that and didn't do another round. We finished off with a scoop of ice cream that comes with the AYCE pricing!

Although, the parking spots themselves are a bit narrow and the big trucks almost take up 1.5 spots. They were very busy on Valentine's Day and we barely had to wait for the seats at the sushi bar! I thought it was an incredibly unique experience watching the chefs roll up in front of you. You know it's fresh when they can hand you your rolls. The chefs are quick and can knock out your order in 5 minutes or less. I loved watching them use the torch to add the final touches. The flavor of the garlic edamame was divine. It had a bit of lemon zest that mixed well with the garlic flavor. They were warm yet crunchy and soft at the same time. The BLW roll was very good. I like it when rolls have teriyaki and spicy mayo sauces on them. The Benjamin roll was definitely miles above the other rolls we got though. It's packed with flavor and even had a slight spiciness to it. 10000% recommend this roll. The portions are about average. About 6 individual rolls make up each dish. I personally never get full off of like 3 rolls but some people might. The prices are a bit steep. I'd say the better rolls are about ~$20+ but they are definitely worth it. You can taste the love and quality the sushi was made with. Expect to walk out of here for about $50 for a meal for two. Bottom line/TLDR: GET THE BENJAMIN

The service was very attentive and they'll do a temperature check on how the food is with you after you receive your meal and they were all genuinely very friendly. 10/10 for the service, no doubt. For food, we ordered their "Fukumi Ramen" and their chicken karaage . Chicken karaage came out first and was freshly fried. The coating was amazingly light and the chicken itself was flavorful. It comes served with a lemon wedge and tiny pieces of salad and the dressing in the salad was delicious! For the Fukumi Ramen bowl itself, the initial taste of the broth was flavorful and the black garlic oil was a nice touch. You'll immediately notice how thickkkk their chasu slices are and I think the free order of extra noodles is a nice plus. However, the thin noodles served with the Fukumi Ramen bowl seemed like a lighter color than I normally see at ramen places and the noodles were overcooked so I feel like it obscured the overall taste of the ramen itself since ramen noodles make up so much of the bite. Even though the extra noodles were free and a nice complimentary addition, I feel like I could tell why because the ramen noodles lacked the quality the rest of the bowl had. The tamago egg was decent and I was surprised because it looked like a plain white boiled egg rather than the traditional brown seasoned egg you get in ramen. Overall, I think Fukumi Ramen can do the job of satisfying a cold rainy day, and I think with their wide variety of ramen options, you'll definitely have to try and find one that might hit for you! Portions are huge here too so it might take a couple visits to try more options!
