We have been able to…read morecover the issues fortunately because of the warranty, but our biggest problem is we CANNOT get the field rep handling the Pentair warranty work to do his part. And guess what, the ONLY Pentair technician is David Roos of Roos Pools. Our most recent issue with this pump began in January. Our communication with David Roos began on January 07, 2026. He will NOT show up when he says he will. It takes tremendous effort on our part to get honest, transparent communication from him. Pentair finally sent the part TO OUR HOME and we still could not get him to stand by his word. Pentair sent this latest part and it arrived in two days. 16 days later, David showed up after many attempts to get him there, after many lies about coming and then not. He stated that Pentair sent the wrong part and said they were sending out the next day. This was 12 days ago. He continuously tells us that the part hasn't shipped or been received. I called Pentair today and they confirmed David's story as a lie. They are contacting him and I am going to just pray no one else has to rely on them for anything.
