If something did not look quite right to him, he would redo it. The new porch looks 100% better than the old porch ever did. The house is now much sturdier with the pillars under the house replaced. He was constantly working while at the house and was always punctual. I would highly recommend Sean Bruno Construction and will use his company anytime I need work done! I didn't want to be "that guy" who stands by and watches to make sure the job gets done but I felt obligated to do so. John was great through the entire process. If I had questions/concerns he took the time to answer them fully. He also even took a walk around the interior of the home to make sure all my "blue taped" questions were examined and inspected. I would highly recommend John for all your home inspection needs!

My mother had several plumbing issues and we were having a…read moredifficult time locating a plumbing to repair leaking sink which had pipes that had completely rusted out, sinks that were stopped up from years of use and not maintenance, and stripped handles on tub and sink. Mr. Jackson came in, reviewed the issues facing us, provided a tentative turn around time on when the job would be completed. Clean up the work area as best he could because he alerted us the vanity had to be replaced (h could do the work) But we did not included it in the job and provided detailed information on how he would proceed.
