My wife and I were repeat customers and simply tried to get a quote for a return visit after he would spam our inbox with requests for his service. Then, upon my suggesting he actually provide the quote and a discount for the over one-month wait he was telling me it would be before he could service us (from the day we first called), he got belligerent and quite angry - telling me that "no one tells me how to run my business". I had a 5-star company with over 10 years experience and nothing but amazing reviews on Home Advisor signed up to do the house right away in a matter seconds. You decide if this guy's skill set is worth the hassle. He is very replaceable and a poor businessman with how he treats repeat customers.

They were on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up after the job was complete. At their business location, they have always answered questions about what to plant, when to plant, etc. The prices are a little high, but they have virtually no competition in this area that can deliver their level of service. Overall, they are a top notch company and definitely know their business.

Delivery was on time and our purchases places where we wanted them with care and fine detail. We also had purchased a small fountain a few days earlier. It appeared to be leaking and without hesitation, the Smith crew took it back to address the leak. 2 days later, I took notice that the fountain was not only returned, it was plug in and working fine! Prices "may" be high to some, and if you want a true company to stand behind their product, Smith's is the one!
