Determined me followed the truck in my brand new BMW X5 to pull next to the guy to explain that something like bolt or nut flew from your truck and hit my windshield. He asked how could I proved that I said will for about two miles me and you have been the only two people from county line to north side drive minus the big truck that was about a half a mile in front of him. He said oh I'll get it taken care of I'll t call you and tell you what time to get it to venable glass and we will get it taken care of. I sent him a text and left a voicemail only to discover he blocked me. I called the office so call office manager said the owner said he was covering the damage done to my windshield. So now I have an obstruction report that tell me via my truck and obstruction was headed my way with a picture of this white truck. People should realize word is bond. So I have to take matters into differ hands to get things taken care of. If had know that the dispatcher says she also has a recording hearing a man give his name and the conversation . I should have went with my first mind and let the police continue to come out. I legitimately trust this man, David, was a man of his word.

Can we say too good to be true? We agreed upon price of materials, and 25 an hour in labor. I agreed to write a check for materials and half labor up front and half upon completion. I was greatful and overjoyed that he said he wouldn't charge me for some small things. But- He never completed A SINGLE THING, paid or free small or large. Not 1 thing FINISHED. Despite being paid as agreed, he constantly asked or cried for hundreds more. When I told him he HAD TO finish something more before Id pay something more, and he hadnt returned for 4 daysHis first week he came just under 4 days a week and never worked more than 5 hours. It started out that way, and he did do an amazing amount of hard work in a short time. So I felt confident in some advanced funds. But then he came 3x a week for 4h and 2x a week for less than 3h. And BEGGED for more money EVERY time. Each time I gave him money he was AWOL for 3 or 4 days in a row. He told me he had other clients and projects paying full price, as why he couldn't dedicate more time to mine. But alas as he cried for truck breaking down, having a blow out, (3x) he can't afford to live off my money, I asked him didn't his other clients pay him more for all the time he wasn't here? He said he didn't have other clients. So I lost my temper and asked then WHY can't he be here to finish just one thing? No more money till something more gets done. Now day 4 and he hasn't returned. I'm hirering others and filling a 50.00 complaint in court.

This is a case of no service follow-up and when errors were made the owner shut down and refused to cooperate. This added to the problem they want money up front for some of the services and then deliver the wrong product. The owner is dishonest and, as the prior reviewer stated, communication is horrible.

It seems that this lawn service cares about their bigger contracts such as "restaurants" more than residential customers. I wasted a year and plenty of money with this lawn service. Therefore unless you want to do the same....please hire someone else other than this lawn service.
