In the form of a Cashier's Check no later than March 15th, 2026" Next thing I know I have rewritten resume and a lot of interviewing advice included. The promises above were make unconditionally, but due to circumstances beyond my control, and these circumstances were communicated to Sam post payment, I was limited to where I was available to work. Remember, the promises were made unconditionally, pre and post payment. Sam sent me a list of jobs in the limited area where I was available to work. Along with websites to supposed apply for these jobs and additionally a list of contacts at the companies where the jobs were. I went to every website in the list and searched for the job titles listed in his provided job listing. He sent me a total of 11 jobs. Not a single one existed in the websites provided. Therefore, there were no jobs to apply for as promised. Now if there are no jobs to apply for, ipso facto, there will be no interviews, and therefore there could not possibly any offers. Again, the promise was made unconditionally, and since he did not live up to what he said he would provide in the email, reimbursement was called for. Yes, he made an attempt, and it all looks good on paper. But if you AI engine can't produce any existing jobs that meet the resume provided, and therefore his promise can't be met, failure to provide the refund by the promised date is committing fraud. I've been told that Slander can't be committed as long was what you say about someone or some service is the truth. Everything I've stated above can be substantiated by email communication. Full disclosure: I retired 2 years ago after 27 years in corporate recruiting. I somehow found myself on Sam Oke's mailing list again, a couple of years after I was sure I'd unsubscribed. This time it was pitching some new AI-based (everyone says that now) job search tool. He also then described the success one particular person had in landing a great job at a very well-known company. Recalling my earlier experience and what others have written, I contacted the person he mentioned in his email and asked for confirmation of Sam's claim. Not surprisingly, in his reply he said he did not use Sam's service in getting this new job, that Sam had nothing to do with it. I emailed Sam about this reply, and received a very strange answer, that if the person says he didn't use the service, ".....I can accept that...". Huh? A couple of weeks later, I received the same email pitch, but this time talking about a different client, and like the first, including the resume Sam's tool supposedly improved. One problem, though: This example resume was quite out-of-date, and did not show the last 2 positions the person has held. It showed them as still with the company they left several years ago. If I could give him a ZERO, I would. After receiving multiple emails, I accepted a "special offer" - Resume re-write, Cover Letter, and LinkedIn profile. The offer was "Guaranteed" to bring me a significant offer with at least a 40% salary increase within 60 days, or a refund. The resume was a 3 page tome with created (inaccurate) material extrapolated from the COMPLETE CV I sent him, replete with typographical and grammatical errors. I had to make significant edits, corrections, and reduction, but sent the shortened/corrected version to a prospective employer. BUYER BEWARE! Inferior Work - Outsourced to India - Won't Refund After purchasing Sam's LinkedIn profile service, I received a 5-page questionnaire. I hired Sam to do the work, not me. I decided not to use Sam Oke's services at the time and did not submit the information he requested. Ultimately, I decided several months later to request a refund. I made multiple requests directly to Sam. The 1st response he sent me was a reworked resume, LinkedIn profile, and a cover letter 2 days after requesting a refund. My 2nd request went unanswered for about 2 weeks until I made a 3rd request in which he replied and lied to me. He stated that he had created the documents when I first paid for the service. The meta data in the files show they were created just 2 days after the 1st refund request. The authors/modifiers of the documents all appear to be outsourced to India. The total time for document edits shows less than 1 minute for the resume and 1 minute for the LinkedIn profile. The only work that was done was to reformat the resume and add a few words.
