on fri i brought in my eng casings to get the right bolt for betwen the cly s of my harley…read more-davidson the guy at the counter took a dpt reading but not once used a thread gage the bolt he gave me was 1/2 inches too long and to make matters worst played around with threaded rods to find some thing close that was close to thead ( a thered should fit thight and snug not where you can shake it back and forth ) that is my oil dran bolt he sold me a metric bolt not a standard bolt all harleys are made in USA and use standard mesurements , this one trip cost me $60 dollars for my nabor to run me to lakeshore fasteners from lake country bc if to take buss system it would in volve 3 transfers each direction and apx 4 + hrs of my life wasted and it looks like im gona be packing the case on monday morring to get the right one but this time it will be the manager since that other guy is incapable of doing a proprer job and shouldent be working pirod for one of these days he gona do the same stunt and it will cost the rider his life ( oil covering back wheel and eng cases that are bolted together blowing up and costing a person their leggs form an eng expoldtion
