I had low expectations for a franchise operation connected with insurance, but they were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL from start to finish. Nicole managed our claim and is kind, super responsive, and does a great job following up. Nate and Bobby are hard working, polite, cheerful young men who always wear shoe covers inside. After the initial demo, they returned and spent hours in the dark and rain at the start of another storm disconnecting the remains of our demolished pergola from the house so it wouldn't catch wind and rip off our living room wall. The insurance company's reconstruction estimates were ridiculously low, and with the owner Joseph's help, it went up by $45k (to where it should have been to begin with). The insurance company was a nightmare, and in the chaos and overwhelm, the staff at this Paul Davis truly sustained us. They are based out of Stockton, but cover the Sacramento Valley and into the Bay Area as well.

I recently had to report my landlord to public health due to a carpet that's been in place adjacent to the shower for over 20 years, and has been repeatedly reported, has recently become more of an issue for us as tenants due to a present mildew smell. After Rainbow inspected and in fact found mold in the bathroom, the report stated the mold in question was caused from "negligence". When I called to question how the report concluded tenant negligence, they transferred me to "Parm" he then informed me that I supposedly told him there was an ongoing leak that's been reported several times. When I in fact told him the concern for moisture and mold had been reported several times and we also wanted to report while vendors were here - that we were concerned about a new faucet leak that had just started, specifically dripping down from the faucet. So simply, miscommunication. Simple. When questioning the miscommunication he was not at all friendly, or professional. He was very aggressive. Also, when you call in they do state that all calls are recorded - when I asked if he could potentially pull up the recording to confirm I said anything of the sort, he said we do not record our calls. Go figure. The most interesting thing is, both him and another Manager that I had met face to face, (Erik) had totally different outlooks on the situation. Especially knowing the carpet had been in place adjacent to the shower, for decades. It makes me question the integrity of this business as a whole and wonder if this business is running honestly. Also one other thing to add, I was solicited by one of the workers the day of remediation, to check out his car detailing business. This is also super unprofessional and made me really uncomfortable.

We had an electrical house fire that burned the entire attic. The water damage by the fire department was excessive. The house required full blown demolition and clean up - being stripped down to the studs and down to the sub floor. Complete removal of the remaining roof structure. Leaving an open top box of our house and see through walls. On a Sunday morning I mustered up the courage to call around for estimates. I left a message for three companies. Sam called me right away within the hour. The other company on Monday mid morning. The third company never called back. Sam had the heart to express his condolences for our loss and assured me that we would be taken care of. The other company was indifferent and calculating from the onset.
