Whether you're fine-tuning your setup, working through fundamentals, or just trying to understand why your shots aren't landing where you want them (in my case, often "close enough"), the staff is always willing to help. Their knowledge is extensive, their guidance is practical, and they're more than willing to spot for you, answer questions, or simply talk shop if that's what you need. Some of the regulars, will also assist if needed. Their goal is simple: to make sure everyone who comes in leaves the same way they arrived, safe, informed, and better than when they showed up. They understand that this is a gun range, and safety is not just a rule there; it's among the foundation of everything they do. Whether you're a seasoned shooter or someone looking to improve, this is a place where you can learn and enjoy the experience with confidence. In closing....don't be a tool....pick up your brass.....and listen to instructions......Those three things, you'll be golden

Immediately we were greeted by Milo who was very welcoming, friendly and gave us fantastic service. Milo did our PPT in a breeze. Although Milo's shop was smaller he had quality firearms, ammo, Glock bags, and other gear. This shop also had the same North American Rescue compact medic kit that the shootist carried and I happily bought it here instead. I appreciate that Milo doesn't discriminate against those who can't wear masks. When I got home Milo messaged me back from a prior question I had on yelp to him and he apologized that he got busy and couldn't reply sooner. No apology needed Milo because you took great care of us and other customers in there with better/faster/kinder service than Turners or Shootist!

After finishing the rounds I brought, I noticed my groupings were down and to the left. Since I had just installed a new optic, I thought it might not be zeroed correctly. On my way out, I decided to ask for some advice. Mike was extremely kind and took the time to ask a few questions to understand the issue. He then gave me about 36 rounds, told me to grab a new target, and said he'd meet me in a lane. Long story short, he spent 10-15 minutes helping to figure out the problem and got me shooting in the right direction ;) at no cost. I didn't expect that at all and couldn't be more grateful for his time. I also met Steven, the owner, who was just as friendly and took time to answer my questions about purchasing specific firearms. At no point did I feel like a burden. Thanks again for your time, I'll definitely be back, even with a 30-40 minute commute. It's worth it.
