This is a really good boots store…read more The five stars is mainly for the pharmacists, they are great. They order yer prescription meds in promptly and if you order regularly they will order in extra so that they have some for you right away next time. The staff on checkout are also very warm and pleasant. I like the Essie nail polish range in this store.
I medium sized Boots store in the city centre, this brach is always busy, though it is well staffed…read moreso your not waiting around long to be served. They have a couple of make up counters and a perfume counter with friendly staff who will help you find the right products for you without making you feel under pressure to buy something. The pharmacy section is fairly busy with it being so central and waiting times for a prescription can be quite long. They have a good selection of sandwiches and snacks. Upstairs there is a large baby section with lots of choice and a baby feeding and changing room with bottle/food warmers and changing mats, though the nappy bin could do with being emptied more often. There is also a photo counter upstairs and a small opticians service. There is a small homewear section and in November and December there is a good selection of Christmas gifts for children and adults usually most of the gifts are included in the 3 for 2 price offer.
From my time at university, the staff here were really, really nice. They've got some nice little toiletry and cosmetic ranges, but unfortunately they are a little more expensive here than on the high street. Great for an urgent purchase but not so much a full shop. If I had a prescription from the doctor during my four years of uni, I would look forward to coming to the pharmacy because they were really pleasant. Now that I don't have a regular pharmacy that I use, I do miss that familiarity. Now I've got to find one with staff as lovely as Right Medicine's!
Well what can I say regarding this pharmacy. Well firstly if you want to have your prescription…read morelost and be accused of already collecting it then this is the perfect place for you. Whilst the actual staff are okay and pleasant enough the actual pharmacist's are a bit slow and really have no customer service experience whatever! Their filling system is somewhat of a pickle and definitely needs to be organised a bit better. I've had about 10 prescriptions over the last 2 years and I'd say 9 of those were 'lost'... Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!
As far as pharmacies go, this one's just fabulous. The staff…read moreare so friendly, and i've found the pharmacist himself to definitely be the best in the town. He's helped so many people out. They have a big range of shoes for sale, and a great choice of make-up and toiletries.
This pharmacy is an absolute God send. Staff are so on the ball and it doesn't matter who you speak…read moreto as they are all brilliant. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and approachable. Wouldn't use anyone else if I'm honest.
