I visited the B&Q store in Falkirk today, looking for a tin of paint…read moreAfter looking for the paint, for over 15 minutes, I asked an elderly Female assistant if the masonry paint Hot Brick, was out of stock. I obviously was in the way as the older woman, insulted her colleague. In front of another customer at the paint mixing section, stating you Do not know how to use this computer. I asked at that point, for some assistance, she rolled her eyes and Tried to insult both my wife and I. She then returned to the masonry paint section, and struggled to Find the Hot Brick. Very poor customer service.
