After a taking a look at a number of breeders from websites in So Cal, Central California, and the Bay Area, and visiting others in person, my discouragement ended after communicating with Angie from Golden Retriever Buddies. My visit reinforced my initial positive impressions upon visiting their facility and meeting her in person. I was able to come home that same day with a handsome little pup. As others have already written, this breeder, Angie, demonstrated exceptional care for their puppies as shown by their pictures, the environment in which they were kept and the acute detail in documenting all vaccines administered. Moreover, Angie had shared that she limited how much he was fed to prevent car sickness for the drive home. Angie could not have been friendlier or more professional in facilitating the transition to being a new Golden Retriever puppy parent. Having had two other Goldens from breeders, Angie was the most professional and sincere with whom I've interacted. This breeder had amazingly top quality puppies that I would not hesitate to contact again for another pup. She is a real gem as are her puppies. We have been looking for months for a hypoallergenic dog and I found Domino Schnoodles online. I…read moretexted Ashlee to request an appointment and she responded very quick. We scheduled an appointment to see some available puppies she had online that weekend. At the appointment, she brought out three different schnoodles we were interested in. The one we ended up choosing was Snowflake. She was a 13 week schnoodle. At first when Ashlee brought Snowflake out, she was very shy and timid. But that's to be expected from meeting new people for the very first time. Slowly Snowflake opened up and she was so sweet. We ended up buying her that weekend, but we were not prepared at home for Snowflake. Ashlee offered to keep Snowflake for a week so we could buy all the necessary things for her! So kind of Ashlee to offer. We came back the following weekend and picked up Snowflake. Ashlee was very knowledgeable and informative of all our questions. She also mentioned that their team is available to us for the lifetime of the dog! They also provided a very detailed handbook for us to review, and it was so helpful. When we brought Snowflake home, she was shy and scared but that's because it was an unfamiliar place. Snowflake was already litter box trained and did so well at that at home too. She eventually started to open up. Snowflake is now 16 weeks and is the sweetest little girl. She learns so quick! Ashlee also mentioned her dogs are very aware of the word "no." Snowflake picked up a lot of things very fast and is very into words of affirmation. We also just had her 16 weeks vet check up and Snowflake is a healthy puppy. We couldn't have asked for more. Ashlee and her team are always available. Whenever I had a question, she would respond within minutes. I felt very secure knowing we had a puppy from someone who has been in the breeding business for a long time. I would definitely recommend Domino Schnoodles to anyone looking for a hypoallergenic dog!
