However, I was charged $37.65 for the coat cleaning!!! and I was charged 14.61 for the trousers, and I was charged 12.39 for the vest. The price of trouser cleaning is much higher than it was just a year ago, but most egregious was the cost of the coat. Almost thirty-eight dollars!!! Absurd. Furthermore, there is nothing posted in the store advising customers of the prices, and the young lady (whom is the owner's daughter) certainly won't tell you the price until it's time to pay. Do yourself a favor: find any other cleaner in the are; DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

After 10 days, I called and they had no record of my clothes! They couldn't find my name or my number in their system! When I went in, first they told me I was too early, that alterations always took 2 weeks (not what they told me when I dropped them off), then they couldn't find my account, but found my wife's, but no record of clothes! They told me I had to go to their corporate office to get help! After explaining that I gave them the items on Lime Kiln and that I expected Lime Kiln to find them, they agreed to look further. Finally, they found my clothes! Well, 2 out of 3 of my items! The problem? They took my long last name, cut it in half and entered the second half as my last name and the first half as my first name. So "Greenlight" became "Light, Green"!! No wonder they couldn't find me in their system. Also, they butchered my phone number so they couldn't find me by phone. Finally, about the 3rd item. They decided it was a minor repair so gave it a lower priority so it wasn't ready with the other 2, forcing me to make a second trip. The final result? at 7:00AM the next morning they called me, waking me up!, to tell me my 3rd item was ready! Overall, they pretty much fouled up everything they could foul up in their interaction with me!

They can't clean leather jackets at this location so they had to send it somewhere else. Right off the bat they told me it was going to take a couple of weeks to get done, plus a week to deliver my jacket to the cleaner. I wasn't thrilled about that, but did appreciate them telling me up front. It seems like they don't clean leather jackets often because the employee said she doesn't do it often and had to ask two different people how to ring up my jacket. They asked me if they should call me when the jacket is done. I said yes, but a week after when it was supposed to be done, I called to see if it was ready for pick up. I've never had any problems here before but cleaning this jacket was a little more of a hassle than I expected. SIDE NOTE - The front counter is hollowed out in the front and there's a section filled Dum Dums. I always have to take one....or three. Of course I always pick the mystery flavors because I live life on the wild side.
