I have had multiple negative encounters, primarily on pricing, with Lindeman's but I had a coupon right? What I had calculated to be about $11 with tax came to $68.37 after a 15% discount!!!!. They identified it as down comforter and dry cleaned it. When I said I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake they said "someone" failed to tell me at drop off that household goods like quilts and blankets can't be laundered, only towels and such. Had I been informed of this I would've just gone to the laundromat. To the DePere shop's credit, the clerk called to get some resolution but the Monroe shop said no changes. I should have just left it there for them to donate and bought a new quilt but you know how some things just belong. So figuring this is their mistake I called the Monroe shop when I got home. They now offered to "credit" me the difference between down and cotton. Guess how much? $35? $30? Nope. The credit was $9.75. They kept asking how they could make it right. To me it was $57 in cash back. I decided writing up this review was more valuable for others than the $10 back to me. Lindeman's has been around forever and the complaints I see out here and the low ratings won't likely change their making a fortune. What I can do is recommend you take your dry cleaning to One Hour Martinizing at 1233 S Military Ave in Green Bay. They have a 4.6 rating and used to have a customer loyalty discount of 20%. And maybe I'll send a copy of this to the Better Business Bureau..... I gave one star only because I had to to get this posted.

Nothing special, $50. The extra, surprise charges after pick up were the kicker for me. There are plenty of places in the area you can go to in order to get quality cleaning results at an affordable price. Thanks but no thanks Lindeman's.

I did not have a great experience at Executive Dry Cleaners…read more The Bad: When I dropped off my pants to be cleaned, there was a price advertised to clean 3 pairs. I only had 2 pairs, and when I picked them up, they charged me $3 or $4 more than it would have cost to clean three. I was clearly confused because that makes no sense, and they were kind of rude when I asked for them to just charge me for 3 pairs. They said that that wasn't "the deal" and refused. Technically, they did advertise 3 pairs for certain price, but I felt taken advantage of. The Good: The pants looked fine. They weren't pressed all that well but were cleaner than when they were dropped off. Overall, I walked away feeling like they pulled a fast one on me, which is never something you want to feel when doing business. I think they would be better served by making customers want to keep coming back. I won't be returning and suggest you clarify the price you'll be paying before handing over your clothes.

It's made of wool... not the annoying peacoat kind of wool, the more smooth, easier to take care of, wool. There was lint -all over- the liner, and when I commented on it, I got a snarky response from both catty women over there. "Oh lint removal costs extra, why do you think we sell those things?" and she pointed at the lint remover tool. This wasn't ever mentioned when I paid the initial extra charge to get the liner laundered. There were spots still on it, that I know could have been removed, and all I got was "that would have cost extra." Well, this would have been helpful to know BEFORE I actually gave them the coat! I had already PAID extra for the liner, and there was nothing mentioned about MORE extra being paid for the lint removal. "Well everyone knows that." What? I don't take my stuff into get laundered once a week, ya know. Absolutely the most horrible customer service I've ever encountered. The lady replied when I said I was dissatisified after I inspected the coat, "I've never had a complaint in 9 years." That's not surprising, because if you actually voice your opinion to these catty women, you will end up getting yelled at. The reason they never got a complaint, was because the people leave there, and never darken their doorstep again. As I was putting my liner back in my coat, because I wanted to wear it, and my other coat was not made for sub-zero temperatures, the other catty lady said I was wasting her employees time by standing there reassembling my coat. THE NERVE! Horrible. Don't ever go there.

The guy at the register was not well equipped to input this transaction and said that he couldn't give me a price for it. I stated ok, I'll just get it when I come back. On May 7 2025, I returned to pick up my clothes. Looked as I was just getting there as the clothes that had been sent out had returned and I stated, it looks as though I am just in time to pickup. I then gave the lady clerk my cloth receipt. She went and pulled everything down I thought and went to cash register and stated that my total was $98.17. I stated are you sure about because I do not have that many pieces of clothing and I have never had a $98 laundry bill. She then stated yes that is correct! I then began to ask what was the price of the jeans and she stated around $18.00, to which I said what. I then asked what was the price of the two shirts and she stated that around $14.00 a piece, and again I said what in the Samuel L. Jackson kind of price is that. I was getting ready to leave Wisconsin on Friday on another job assignment so I just paid because I did not have time to discuss this further. After looking at my clothes it was determined that the jacket to my jogging suit was not there to which she went and found. After looking at my price slips when I go back to the hotel it is determined that I was charged $37.00 for two pair of jeans $30.00 for two dry clean shirts and $30.00 for the jogging suits. Now I travel t quite a bit and have been to some places that were expensive to get you clothes cleaned but never at this price. Now the lady who ever she was the manager or owner never tried to say this is kinda high even after I stated that the person that I turned my clothes into was having problem with the computer. This cleaners deserved to be red flagged.
