Ed's a magician. He's knowledgeable, experienced, and priced better than anyone around. He revalved and resprung my speed triple and now I think the suspension is better than my track bike. Ed will also take the time to explain to you why he does the things he does. He's probably one of the most knowledgeable suspension guys around. Don't hesitate to use him over raceteach or any of the other suspension tuners in so-cal.

The pricing was very reasonable, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. What really stood out was their communication--they kept us informed the entire time, which we really appreciated. They were professional, reliable, and clearly know what they're doing. When we picked up the ATV, we ran into some unexpected issues loading it into our truck. Even though that wasn't part of the service, they jumped in immediately to help us without hesitation. That kind of customer service says a lot. Quick, efficient, reliable, fairly priced, and genuinely helpful. We'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone needing ATV parts and/or service work done.

Josh was extremely helpful from the start, honest, straightforward, and clear about every step of the work being performed. He worked quickly and efficiently, and had my ATV back to me in a very timely manner without cutting corners. It's hard to find a shop you can trust, but Josh and the team at Ultimate Performance Powersports delivered great service and quality work. Highly recommend them if you want knowledgeable staff, fair communication, and fast turnaround.

Victor even managed to locate me a tour pack for the kids! Even though I came in knowing what I wanted, they encouraged me to test ride a few bikes, which made the decision even better. Great little shop with a solid crew. Highly recommend.

Donald, the only reason you wrote a response here is because of my valid yelp review. I have tried…read moreto call/text/email countless times. The last thing you said when I rode off was if I had any issues, for me to call you. Well, I did, and you ignored me. I love that you are blaming a Harley Davidson dealership for your selling a bike that was in neglected condition. Grasping at straws. I saw the oil and how dirty/muddy it looked. You in fact never did anything to this bike like you had said. And no, you never mentioned that the tail light was "Illegal." Be a big boy and admit you screwed up on this deal. You couldn't even remember to put the keys to the motorcycle in the envelope with the paperwork. And, you are the last person do tell me to do anything, but thanks. But, let me offer you up this advice. Don't screw over women anymore, which you seem to have a habit doing based on other reviews. Also, we had asked for the service records, which you didn't provide. Probably because you didn't have them? Or, just another thing that you forgot? As far as my being happy; I rode her home, and had no way of knowing her neglect until I discovered you had never changed the oil/fluids. Thousands of dollars later, I am happy. No thanks to you. Over and out.

I'm pretty disappointed with the service I received. I brought my bike in because the pedal crank…read morekept falling off. One of the service workers recommended the mini tune-up, saying it would cover the fix. When I picked it up, I was told the bike needed a new crankshaft because mine was bent. Fine -- I paid for it, assuming that would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, shortly after, the exact same problem happened again. I wasn't able to return the bike until this month (the original repair was done in August). When I brought it back, I was charged an additional $20 for parts, again thinking it would finally be fixed. But the crankshaft came off again mid-ride while picking up my kids. I took it back immediately, and the service employee told me the crankshaft was broken. I explained that I had just purchased it from them. He seemed frustrated, went to the back, and said that if this repair didn't work, I would need a new bike. At this point, I've spent about $120 on a repair that never actually fixed the issue. It's really unfortunate because I like the shop and thought it was a cool place, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing.
