But recently they went above & beyond so I felt the need to put this online... they replaced a transmission gasket for us but the vehicle continued to leak. We were worried something more serious was going on & true to form, they were quick to get it in for analysis. They discovered that it was the gasket again & replaced it free of charge. This is a company that stands behind its work & believes in honesty & professionalism. Thank you!!!

Very impressed…read more Took my Prius in recently. Had a broken strut and my front rotors needed replacing. I'm not extremely auto savvy, but I know a thing or two. I know more than i let on. I really appreciated the excellent customer service I received. They were knowledgeable friendly and showed me the problem, pointed it out (even though I knew the problem prior to taking it in). I was reluctant on having them repair the broken strut. Two other places quoted me prices of $1200-$1500. I was going to save and postpone that repair. However, Tires Plus quoted me $311.33 (for a used part) and that's exactly what they charged. NO surprise charges. AJ was my guy. But everyone I spoke to there was friendly and professional. It's safe to say any future auto repairs, I'll be visiting them again. Thank you guys!
