Recently I brought an older vehicle in for a muffler replace, pretty straightforward, but when I got the quote I was floored, they wanted $834.00 for a muffler replacement, when I questioned if there were a cheaper alternative the parts guy, Mike, who I will refer to as Mike the dick gave me a condescending look as if I were not good enough to be doing business at his establishment. Basically he said no, you either do it my way or the highway. OK so I went down the street to the NAPA store and they did the muffler replacement for $230.00 and were pleasant in the process. They will now get all of our business and happily so.
