It has been 18 months since this company took a down payment on a truck my father did not purchase. We have dealt with Ford motor company, and they sent a limp email apologizing for our experience. Fortunately, my Dad survived his medical crisis, but since our experience, I have met 5 other families that say their elders were also sold vehicles with big loans at this dealership. I am not one to write poor reviews but the service department at Bob Lowth Ford has got to be the worst. I wish I knew the blonde guys name who thinks he is god, but because of his attitude I will never spend another dime at that place. And here is the thing, the company will never reach out and try to correct the problem. All this happened over a part that cost 193.13 which was replaced less than a month ago. I have never written a poor business review on any social until this one. However, other attempts to resolve our concern with a recent transaction have been ignored by Bob Lowth Ford. We recently placed a down payment on a used truck with the intent to purchase. Unbeknownst to myself and my husband, we were in the midst of a life changing medical and financial crisis. My husband sustained a head injury the day prior to visiting the dealership and was care flighted to receive treatment from a neurosurgeon within 12 hours of leaving the dealership. I had the task of making rapid healthcare and financial decisions while not knowing the extent of his injuries and the medical bills to follow. We were able to return the vehicle and cancel the sale, but Bob Lowth Ford has not returned any portion of our down payment. During the negotiation process, the staff played phone tag and failed to respond or return my calls. After multiple emails, the return was arranged. On the day of the return, the manager stated that he was very busy, and never, at any point did anyone express empathy or concern when I shared that my husband was undergoing brain surgery and his outcome was not looking favorable. We have been loyal Ford/Lincoln/Mercury customers for 50 years, and it saddens me that I am in this situation. read more

The guys at the body shop were absolutely fabulous! I had damage from hitting a turkey and they listen to me, ordered OEM parts and even washed the van, something I didn't expect them to. The job was done professionally and they dealt with the insurance company for me. I had my van back in two days and was very very pleased. Excellent job! read more

Needed an expensive part for the touch screen control panel and have a recall checked. Made an appointment for both these items, vehicle sat for 5 hours and when I called to see what was going on- they responded that they knew what was wrong with the control panel but did not have time to check the recall. They ordered the part and said it would take a week. Made another appointment for 830A - dropped off vehicle and saw it was still sitting in the same spot 4 hours later. I went in to see what was going on and was informed they had ordered the wrong part, no call to tell me this, no follow up - no nothing. Took the keys and left to find a more reliable service department even if it required an hour drive. Never Again! read more

So I just bought a new pick up from the great people from Bob Lowth Ford. Joel was my salesmen and he made the whole process a pleasure to go through. It was truly a hassle free stress free environment, which you don't always get when buying a vehicle. The truck I needed they didn't have on the lot, but they showed me what was available that they could go get for me. I picked it out and they went and got it. The process was quick and easy. Joel did a great job of going through all the awesome features of my new truck and making sure I was all set up and understood all the features. So I could fully enjoy my new purchase. While I was there everyone was super friendly and the owner made it a point to come say hello. Truly a great and easy experience.
