Of these items, there was a two- piece dress with jacket that was purchased by my late husband. The jacket was trimmed in what appeared to be black leather but turned out to be plastic. Over the years, the plastic became fragile. I happened to wear the dress while working as a background actor and noticed the peeling of plastic. When I dropped off my clothes, it was explained to me that they could not repair the jacket. They suggested that I take it to an establishment who specializes in handling such repairs. When I picked up my laundry, I left it on my valet. I did not want to deal with the jacket. Almost two months have passed since I touched my laundered clothes. Today, I decided to put the clothes into my closet, and I was SHOCKED! I cried! Choi's Valley Cleaners had removed ALL of the plastic from around the collar running down the front of the jacket, the pockets and the sleeves with black fabric. They never said anything to me when I picked up my laundry. Rather, they pulled all my clothing together and I paid. The person who helped me smiled and said have a nice day. Choi's Valley Cleaners went beyond customer service. I will be grateful to them the rest of my life. They understood how important the dress was to me and went out of their way to preserve it. They starch and press your dirty clothes and hope you don't notice. Not at Mart Cleaners. They are professionals who actually clean your garments and linens. You'll see that many uniformed professionals trust them to care for their items, which is a testament to their work. I love how their computer system greets me when I drop clothes off and pick them up, and I love how the owners compliment my taste in clothing. If you're looking for a great cleaner, seek no further. I had lost weight and with the suggestion she made was something I would never thought was possible. I went to pickup the dresses. I was nervous, not sure that it would fit well. I was extremely excited when I tried on the first lace dress. She adjusted the zipper that I had trouble closing. It closed without any problem. The length of the dress was perfection. She is a true professional. The second silky dress was unbelievable. The front collar was very subtle and classic, exactly my style of dressing. Irene made me and my husband very comfortable. Her business is extremely busy nevertheless Irene made me feel like a priority. Here staff is efficient and everyone is greeted immediately and helped with their specific needs. I was referred to her from the salesperson who assisted me with my purchase of my dress. When I pointed out the issue to the owner, instead of trying to help or even acknowledge the possibility of a mistake, she raised her voice, started yelling at me and insisted that I brought the blouses in in that condition- which is simply not true.
