I had them clean my home for the first time today & that will be the last time as well, as I had the worst experience ever, getting my home cleaned. I've had a house keeper for the last 3 yrs, until she retired last month, which resulted me looking for someone new.
To start off the first impression when Linda came to inspect my home so that she could give a quote (as they declined giving a quote without seeing the home first, while other companies gave a quote right here on yelp when u asked for it), she inspected everywhere & claimed they even clean ur roof vents & fans. At the end she gave me a ridiculously high quote, which I said no to & said goodbye. Later got a msg from Juan (who usually texts only) asking if I liked the quote I was given, SMH! I responded no & he adjusted it slightly a little more reasonable. I accepted the quote & we scheduled an appointment.
Come today, my door bell is rang an hour before the agreed time & is 2 ladies who say they were sent by Linda. Within an hour they tell me they are done with my whole ground floor & want to proceed to the next floor. I inspect the finished area & my floors still have dirt stains, my counter tops still have dirt stains, the carpet was only vacuumed where there is no furniture, bathroom counter tops still have make-up & dust around the edges. I sent Juan a msg letting him know I was unhappy with progress & I needed one of them to come inspect the work I was being charged for. He responded saying he was on his way. I received a call from Linda's daughter, who spoke to me rudely stating that that her mom was on the way & that as long as the ladies were here the job wasn't done. She was so rude & spoke to me as if I was a child. I reminded her I was a paying customer, hang-up on her & blocked her crazy self! Linda showed up & I showed her my concerns. She said that my floors need steam mopping & they don't do that, thus just the sweeping (why did she not say that when she inspected my home), insisted my floors to be mopped! She instructed the ladies on the areas that needed to be re-done & she left. I observed as one of the ladies wipe my kitchen counter tops with a dry rug again and not even moving anything, just wiped around things. She put the cleaning bucket inside my kitchen sink to get water & then mopped the floor one round with a very wet mop. She moved the kitchen mats, mopped & put them right back on the wet floor. Mopped her way out the exit door. Upstairs floors weren't mopped. By this time I was beyond mental drained by all of these, I just wanted them to leave my home. I paid them & they left. It took over 2 hours for my floors to dry off the wetness from the mopping.
Hire these people at your own risk of losing your mind! If you value your home & maintain it a high standard, these are not the people for you!!! read more
