The lady refused to sell me 3 dozen chocolate doughnuts and insisted in selling me the doughnuts she wanted. There were plenty of chocolate doughnuts to sell but she said she didn't want to sell me so many chocolate doughnuts. After asking why and her not finding an answer she was very rude to me as I walked out and wished her a nice day. Her words in Spanish were, "no sea tan enojona". I came back inside and notified to "manager" on site. Linda provided amazing service but Linda is no longer the owner and she no longer works at the doughnut shop. read more

goooooood.......morrrrrrning!!!! is what this donut shop is, upon entry you are greeted with a happy staff whom is eager to take your order and be of service which is great because making a pit stop for donuts shouldn't be a hassle, and here it runs smooth and seamless! the variety of donuts to choose from is unique and served with a smile. i love purchasing the "dozen assorted" for $8.50 which allows you to choose from their cool cereal donuts to the chocolate bars and whatever else your taste buds desire :) cash preferred establishment but credit card friendly as well for a small fee of $0.50 which is a small price to pay for this goodness! parking is challenging at times so keep that in mind, in case you're running late as this plaza shares space with starbucks and it does get busy! read more

Donuts were fresh and they have a great variety. Perfect treat to go with your Starbucks which happens to be in the same plaza.

I actually don't eat donuts very often however, i've been working nearby and I keep seeing a line out the door so I thought I would try it. The crumb glaze was delicious. I think the best I ever had. It was super fresh. I also tried to cronut glaze which wasn't really that great. It wasn't as light and flaky as it should be. Although, that's not my go to doughnut choice in general so I don't want to discount them too much for that... They have some unusual flavors such as a maple bacon bar and some pink donuts with frosted cereal on top. If you want to try something a little different you should check them out. read more

While in search for a donut shop that would make me donuts with teal frosting for my daughter's birthday I came across Linda's Donuts and I'm so glad I did!!! They were incredibly accommodating to help us get my daughter the donuts that she wanted for her birthday. When I asked for advice on how to get my chocolate molds and sprinkles to stick to the donut they told me to just bring everything in two days prior to our pick up date and they would attach everything for us onto the icing. The donuts tasted amazing and everyone raved about how gorgeous they looked. Even the family next to us at Chuck-e-cheese were at our table admiring our donuts and raving about them! We ended up giving them a couple donuts and they loved them they said they were so delicious. Our host at Chuck-e-cheese told my my husband your donuts are the talk of our back room every employee is back there talking about them. My luck has been hit and miss at this place. I went one afternoon and they had a very limited selection of donuts and nothing unique really, but the next time I went I stopped in around 10am and found a nice selection of cute donuts to take home. My family and I had another bad experience at Linda's Donuts today. I'm still giving Linda 2 stars because she is wonderful and her donuts are delicious. But, if you want excellent customer service you need to go when Linda is there. The last 3 times we were there, Linda wasn't and the service was terrible. I had to write something today because my daughter didn't even order a donut because she thought the man behind the counter was angry with us. We were the only ones in the shop and it seemed like we were bothering him. He didn't say hello. He didn't say Thank You? The complete opposite of Linda. I will try Linda's one more time. I hope she is there next time or has someone with manners working the counter. read more
