Service was good but if they had shared the fact of the heat, we could have ordered other food, such as their cheeseburgers.

If you're going to advertise all-day breakfast, then you should honor that during your business hours. Customers shouldn't be treated like an inconvenience just because it's getting close to closing time. Very disappointing experience. Poor customer service and definitely not how you should run a business.
