IE; I have some shirts that have metal buttons covered in plastic, well most shirts have plastic buttons but they give me this jive that they have to do extra work on the shirt so they charge me an extra $1. I know they don't have to do any extra work on the shirt so they pinch me for an extra $1, I just don't like being hustled for an extra dollar, of course to each his own.

Plenty of parking, friendly employees, large quick washers and dryers. The wash house also offers laundry service. You have to load up a prepaid card with money in order to use the machines. No more rolls of quarters... If you have to do laundry or have a large comforter or pet bed to wash....this is a great place to do it.

When I picked up the sweater, the individual working decided to fold the arm in half and sew it completely on top of the other half of the sleeve in order to avoid actually mending the hole basically imagine taking a sleeve folding in in half and then sewing it just in the section where the small hole was basically an arm can't fit through the sleeve any longer because they decided to fold it in half . Complete incompetence. I called and asked them how they would be refunding not only the price I paid but the $300 that the sweater cost to replace. They still haven't returned my calls. I asked her then and there how much it would cost for the alteration and she told me the price. A few days later I had gone back to pick it up with the receipt to pay and she decided to raise the price without informing me of the significant price difference. She claimed it was due to the dress having 2 layers of material rather than 1, however that was not mentioned during the initial conversation when I had asked how much it was going to be when I dropped it off.. When I told her I felt she was charging me entirely too much as well as telling her "that's not what you told me when I had dropped it off to you and we took measurements, you told me a completely different price that was much less?" she was so incredibly rude to me, wasn't budging or even listening for that matter. Keep in mind, I had been giving her my business for a long time. On top of her changing the price on me once I went to pick it up/ripping me off, she didn't even hem the dress according to the length we agreed on, it was entirely too long and literally dragging on the floor and she did not care whatsoever. Would NOT recommend coming here.
