Its a family business thats been around for a long time. And it turns out that many different family members were part of out pool building process. The workers were all super fast, professional, and highly skilled. They always cleaned up at the end of the day, and they took care of our property. I highly recommend these guys.

We felt comfortable allowing our children (ages 11 and 8) to walk around the park and return to our bungalow on their own because the area felt safe and well-managed. We especially appreciated having a dedicated host assigned to us. Rylan did an excellent job throughout the day. He was communicative, professional, friendly, and genuinely concerned about ensuring we had a positive experience. His efforts did not go unnoticed. Overall, we can see that the park has made adjustments to better meet guests' needs. For example, the use of QR codes and digital ordering options made food purchases more convenient. One improvement we would love to see in the future is the automatic application of seasonal passholder discounts when guests are signed in and ordering through the QR code system. Since our account information is already connected, this would make the process more seamless. We did encounter an issue with the food. We ordered several pizzas for our group, and unfortunately they arrived undercooked and doughy. As a result, much of the pizza went to waste, and we had to order additional food. We shared this concern with a member of the management team, who was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, I do not recall his name, as I do not believe he was wearing a name tag. The pool area was very well managed. We felt our children were safe, and there appeared to be an adequate number of staff members actively monitoring the swimming areas. We appreciate the attention given to guest safety. We do believe a dress code should be enforced to better align with the family-oriented environment of the establishment. Overall, we had a great time and appreciate the efforts being made to enhance the guest experience. We look forward to returning in the future.

There is some homeless activity or lingering folks that hang around the park, but growing up, I never personally felt unsafe. The pool is managed fairly well and they offer everything from aquatic fitness, swimming lessons, public swim, lap swim, kiddie time, I think even the swim team uses it. They took him from nothing to proficient in several strokes and he had fun doing it. He can even dive. The people are great. This is not a luxury aqua center. It's a neighborhood pool, staffed by neighborhood volunteers and the kind of place kids can walk to or parents bring their little ones in a wagon. My only complaint is there is very little shade. Definitely bring a hat if you are sensitive to bright light.

April 18, or I can not swim. My wife had a person, Chris, yell at her about the rules at Lincoln Pool, and now Kate is yelling at me about the membership dues. It appears non of the would be Hitler's know how to speak civil to others. I never raised my voice to her, my wife never raised her voice to Chris, we practice better manners.
