He is always available when I have questions or need help, and you can tell that he genuinely cares about the members and wants everyone to succeed. I especially appreciate how clean the gym is. There are four wiping stations throughout the gym--two with towels and spray disinfectant, and two with convenient moist disinfectant wipes--so it's easy to clean equipment before or after using it. Everything works the way it should, and if something does break, John makes sure it gets taken care of and fixed quickly. The gym is consistently clean and well cared for, and that really makes a difference. I've had a great experience here and really appreciate the effort John puts into making this a great gym. I highly recommend Anytime Fitness to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and supportive place to reach their fitness goals.

Yoga V attracts the best - both new and experienced. Too many to list, but this is a start: Elizabeth leads a gorgeous deep stretch class with the addition of singing bowls. It will melt away your midweek stress like butter. As a "music" person, I'm impressed by playlists that are intelligent and non-intrusive. Monica is about as intuitive as they come, with a gentle yoga class perfect for those who don't want the heated studio experience, or need to refresh before going back in to the heated flow practice. Then there is Patrick.. I mean - this guy has the GIFT - blending accessible yoga, a sense of humor, and the magic of paced storytelling that always illustrates a lesson, without being yoga-preachy or cliche'. The studio goes above and beyond best practices for health, so I don't really worry about getting sick. Pricing is reasonable - with a level for anyone who wants to practice in a safe environment.
