The Bangkok Heat delivered a vibrant warming kick.

The evening was made even better by our waitress, Christine. Her deep knowledge of the menu and polished, professional demeanor made for truly perfect service. A sophisticated and memorable dining experience. An exceptionally satisfying meal set against a wonderful ambience, elevated by truly fantastic service.

Grilled Spanish Shrimp - garlic butter, smoked paprika aioli, fermented chili, grilled sourdough and grilled shrimp

Second time trying this restaurant and once again did not disappoint! If you are not open to trying things you are not sure about I stress you have to give in and reach outside your norm! The food and flavors are so good! The service is also great the hostess to the servers and bartenders go out of their way to make it a great experience! The space is nice for a party of two on a date night to a group of friends out together! They do not rush you through your meal which I love!

Mushroom pizza

I met friends here on a weeknight at 4:30. By 5:30, this place was hopping. Glad we made a reservation. First of all, beautiful place. Great decor & ambiance. The server was very knowledgeable with the menu & the background of the chef/owner. Nice selection of cocktails & alcohol. None of us ordered drinks though. We didn't get any appetizers either. As a vegetarian, I will say their menu is VERY limited. Most everything has bacon/pork added. The mushroom pizza had prosciutto. I'm sure you can get it without, but I don't like to pay for ingredients I'm not getting. My friend said it was tasty. I ordered the fig salad, it was delicious. The dressing was light & tossed perfectly. Perfect amount of cheese & fig ratio. My other friend got the chicken sandwich. She said it was messy, a little difficult to eat, but great. We didn't get any dessert. They looked really good, so maybe next time. The prices were ok, although my salad was $2 less than the chicken sandwich. Even though it looks big, the bowl was shallow. For $15, I thought it could come with a piece of bread or something. The owner came by the table & was very nice & funny. Although we felt kind of awkward for not having drinks when he joked about why there weren't any drinks on the table. "Dry January" he said. One thing about the restroom. The doors had the hooks taken off the back of the doors, with no where to put your purse or coat. Also, the stalls were not very clean. Cute restroom, but I expected somewhere to put my belongings at a place like this. I'm looking forward to trying again & hoping for another vegetarian option next time since they will be changing menu seasonally. Nice to have a more upscale restaurant with attention to good food & ingredients in Schererville. I'll update my review soon.

The Lamb and roasted chicken

To start things off and to give you some perspective as to who is writing this. I'm just a beer drinkin, burger eatin Bears fan. My wife and I are the owners of Petals Boutique Flowers in Dyer and our Amazing staff gifted us a gift certificate and here we are. The atmosphere, service, staff and food were fantastic . I had the Lamb which did not disappoint and my better half had the Roasted Chicken which she felt was a little small. Our server was Amanda and she was very pleasant. They do NOT accept cash! And we made a reservation just in case. We both loved the food and experiencing a craft kitchen locally for the first time was a good experience. Definitely will return but check availability if you have children. I believe after a certain time it becomes a 21+ only.

Our server Justice gave us the background of the restaurant and Chef which we enjoyed. He was very attentive and gave us recommendations! The food was so flavorful we both enjoyed the new menu and will be back soon! Loved the Tom Ollie it was full of flavor I wanted more! Amazed they were able to get this open so quickly as an interior designed enjoyed the atmosphere and design of the space! Gave me the Fulton Market Chicago high end restaurant warm and cozy ambiance.

The stuffed shells were good. I'd order them again. The gelato was delicious. The apple pie was reminiscent of a few layers of Pillsbury dough whereas I was hoping for an excellent crust balanced with the apple filling. Service: It was okay. Nothing worth highlighting. Ambiance: The dining room is very open and bright. You can see through the divider between the Fiori dining room and the Truth bar (separate menu experience) next to the dining room. That was different. We plan to visit again for the Truth experience. For Fiori, I'd repeat the calamari for certain and possibly the stuffed shells.

The other couple had similar food. They serve a bread basket of hot bread, which is terrific and dipping sauce for the bread and the barbecue sauce they bring with the smoked turkey is fabulous. Their coffee is good as well and they have , pistachio gelato for dessert which is great. This is an easy five star restaurant.

We thought we would have to wait till we drove to Chicago for good food. This place is welcoming, charming and modern. I ordered the sea bass with vodka pasta and my husband the lamb lollipop with roasted potatos. Both were 10/10. We are very picky and self proclaimed foodies. For dessert we shared the tiramisu. It was good. 9/10 for small size and a tiny bit dry. The flavors were well balanced though. We sat on the Fiori side but had a choice of sitting on either side and can order from both menus. What a great concept.

Their standard menu does not feature their vegan options, so we had to wait for the waitress to come back around again to ask for this. Unfortunately, the Vegan Chicken Breast was crossed off, so I'm not sure if that will be coming back. I went with the Vegan Reuben, a reliable standard, but it was terribly disappointing. It prompted me to pull up my photos from our previous dining experience there, and the sandwich looks so much more unappetizing. The current sandwich is wet, pale, and oddly sweet. The color and texture are so different, so I'm not sure what they've changed from their original recipe.

The it had good flavor and the sauce that came with it was light. The shrimp fried rice for $11 was enough for two people. It had at least six large shrimp in the rice. The only thing I think could've made it better would be some peas. Love the Godzilla roll. Shared it with my lunch date. I know it adds flare to the role when the shrimp tales are sticking out the end but, it makes it difficult to eat. The ginger was good. The wasabi could've been a little bit hotter. We got seated right away and didn't have to wait long for a server to take our order. They did a good job of making this an Asian restaurant since it was a brewpub before. I will be back to try some other rolls and maybe the house fried rice, which has shrimp, chicken, and steak.

I ordered the vegetable gyzo, Godzilla roll, & shrimp fried rice to share with my husband. Each dish came out individually & quickly. Beautiful presentation. Absolutely loved the Godzilla roll. The vege gyzo was perfectly soft & not chewy. Very good. The shrimp fried rice was huge. Nice sized shrimp. It was very salty though. Tasted like there was a lot of fish sauce in it possibly. Still tasty. The menu is extensive with a large cocktail & sake selection also. Prices are very reasonable. Our lunch was $36.38 without the tip.
