When I went in the Agawam Medical Supply retail store to get thigh-high surgical grade compression stockings needed for an upcoming vein ablation in my legs, it was almost closing time on a Saturday. I could see the two employees were closing up to go home, but I was greeted with a friendly smile. Marilou was especially knowledgeable and helpful. Although it was now past her closing time, she took her time measuring my legs in various places to get the correct sizing for the stockings, and she made recommendations that were spot on. When she learned I did not have insurance that covered the expensive compression garments, she gave me a nice discount so I could afford them. It was a wonderful customer service experience. I live in another city, but after this I will be driving to Agawam to get all my medical supplies at Agawam Medical Supply. I can't imagine going anywhere else after this.
