Lynn at Lincare is doing a great job. We were told that we will no longer be able to get the B6 tanks. We will have to use the C tank which is very heavy to carry as a 75 yr old. With severe hand arthritis, back surgeries and torn rotator cuff this will be a challenge. I had to go and get someone to show me how to use the CPAP Mask appropriately and the guy who assisted me refused to listen to my needs and my questions. Recently, when arriving late because we didn't know they closed at 5, after driving from Gap to Centerville, we were greeted with the employees heading out the door. I get my CPaP supplies from Lincare because it's the only company my health insurance will work with. My initial interactions were good. They shipped my new machine and supplies and used zoom calls to help me set it up. I've been using Lincare for about a year and my supplies are always shipped on time with no mistakes. This is why I gave 2 stars. Since then, I've had only poor interactions. I tried to sign on to their portal but can't. My old CPaP company used the same portal company so I was already assigned to the old CPaP company for the portal. There was no way to clear the old company and get assigned to Lincare. Phoning Lincare to talk with a person takes a long time. The SHORTEST wait time I've ever had is 30 minutes. I have several severe health issues and can't spend all day trying to resolve an issue. Lincare has the worst phone customer service I've ever seen. The wait times are horrendous. You often get disconnected and have to start the process all over again. Usually, when a human finally answers the phone, they are friendly and helpful. read more

Lincare has been absolutely horrible to work with in regard to ordering new supplies. I have spoken to numerous people and even the manager who say they will call back and never call. I recently spoke to a manager who seemed confident in trying to correct my issues. I have waited for two weeks and still have not received a return call. This company is incompetent. read more

HORRIBLE...uncaring service. I told them not to call me as I would call them if I needed anything. They totally disregard my request and call 3 times a day. When I answer their call, there is nobody on their phone. When I call back there is always a 34 minute wait for them to respond and then the line goes dead from them hanging up. You ask to talk to a supervisor and their line keeps ringing and never gets answered . I've been a customer for one year and their service just keeps getting worse. They just don't care. Their agents don't care, their supervisors don't care and their managers don't care. I've tried to order supplies numerous times myself and you just can't do it as you cannot get through to anyone. Been a Lincare customer for 9 months or 54 weekly oxygen deliveries. Of those 54 only 50 were delivered on the appointed day, and of those only 3 deliveries included the correct size tanks ordered. Was told to not use their automated system and only order from a human. Been 5 weeks since that advice and only twice was able to order from a human. 3 other times their system automatically switched me to the automated system. When the driver does not show it takes many phone calls to find a human to get the delivery corrected. Meanwhile I'm out of oxygen. Also their web portal functions about as well as their automated phone system and their website contact button is unresponsive most of the time. Its obvious they have no competition in this area and we are stuck trying to rely on a highly disorganized and apathetic company. I will add however when I am able to speak with a human they are wonderful on the phone and get things done. Shame they can't improve the company's ordering system. The Company Management gets Zero Stars and the Human employees I've spoke with deserve 4 stars. read more

All the staff (with one exception) is helpful and friendly, but I have to point out two people specifically. Jamal is super helpful and friendly, he answers all questions even ones that I feel stupid asking. He offers to load your car for you, and makes sure you aren't forgetting anything. Steve on the other hand, is rude, doesn't submit orders correctly, just hands you stuff and leaves without offering to load or even checking if it's correct ( which if he took the order it often isn't) it is at the point where if Steve answers the phone, I often will ask to speak to someone else. read more

They set me up on auto ship of my CPAP supplies and then forgot about it. My insurance changed twice, and they never contacted me to get the new info or gave me a way to contact them to change the information. Instead, they sent me a bill that said they were turning me to collections if I didn't pay. When I requested an itemized bill so I could send it to my insurance company they said they would and never did. This company doesn't care they are just grabbing at dollars. read more

My daughter was discharged from a hospital on a Friday and one tank was delivered to the hospital that was almost empty when we got home. A concentrator was delivered and when I asked for an additional tank in case I had to go back to the hospital the driver said it was not on his list. When I called 1-714-220-6420 for an emergency oxygen tank I was told that the company policy is no delivery on the week end and to call 911 or the fire department to get emergency oxygen tank. The company policy of no delivery of oxygen tank on week-end is extremely dangerous because if the concentrator should fail the client can die. To leave a client with no back up oxygen tank in case of emergency should be a liability to the company. I had no choice because the hospital ordered the oxygen from Lincare. Yup, long review, but please read on...I've been using a CPAP for sleep apnea for several years. I need a replacement mask and head strap for the machine that I purchased from Lincare in the city that I moved here from. When I called this office they were baffled that I wanted to know how to order replacement parts as a self-paying patient. I was put on hold, transferred to another department, I was cut off twice (if they want to transfer you for whatever reason get the name and phone number of where they are transferring you to. This will save you time in case you get cut off), then transferred to the supply center, then transferred to the office where I got my machine. Lincare is a shady company to start with, I'll look into another supplier when I need a new machine. I called them to get supplies I need and wanted to pay for the supplies. You'd think they'd be happy to have my business. But it took me 45 minutes to get a straight answer out of Lincare. (I'm ordering from Amazon) But this office should have been more accommodating. read more

I had to get oxygen back at the middle of October 2021 due to Covid. I returned it two weeks later when my doctor put in the stop order. They came and picked up the equipment but never registered that it was returned. I have been on the phone for hours each month about this and they continue to bill me and now I am receiving letters that I am past due and payment needs to be made. I would give this place 0 stars if that was an option. I am a newer patient at this place (less than a year) and have had the WORST experiences with my CPAP billing/equipment so far. To start- I am supposed to get new equipment monthly such as a new mask and some other things every 3 months. It is now APRIL and I have not gotten new supplies since DECEMBER no matter how many times I call. MORE RECENTLY I received a bill in the mail dated 3/11/23 with no due date listed. I spoke to someon3 at Lincare and they told me as long as I paid it by 4/11 I "should be fine". I later realized they charged my bank card for WELL OVER the amount that was listed on the statement AND WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I was told before that when they took my bank card info for a previous payment that it would NOT stay on file and they would only charge it that one time. SO not only was my card charged, it was charged WITHOUT PERMISSION OR KNOWLEDGE OF THEM DOING SO. This WILL be getting disputed. Just a complete rip off is how I would describe my experience with this company. I use a C-Pap machine and originally bought it and the supplies from them. It didn't take me long to realize what ridiculous prices they charge the insurance companies and my co-pays ended up being higher than the total cost of the same items online, without any insurance at all. You can buy the same name brand supplies on line for far less than they charge and get a much better level of customer service to go with it. For example, they sold me a C-Pap machine over four years ago for $800. I just bought the same identical machine as a backup for travel and I paid $349 from a reputable on line company. Hard to believe a company like Lincare can operate like this and stay in business. I certainly would not recommend them and the one star that I gave them is one too many. read more

Called today as I had an alert on my home machine. After hours on the weekend. It's not my 1st issue with this machine, but the person on call was extremely courteous and concerned for my welfare. Was referred to this sleep apnea device supplier. Talked to a rep named Steve. Finally after a delay, not his fault ordered new mask, with nasel pillows, received the wrong supplies, they were overpriced by a solid 20%. Did not get an itemized bill, received a bunch of paperwork with a note saying pay $188 now. They did not put the bill my insurance, said they do that later. Was very rude and told them to pickup and take back. Won't deal with the company. Do yourself a favor, avoid them. read more
