They charged twice the amount I was assured would cover my entire rental of a mobility scooter because -- I later learned -- the price quoted was supposedly for only 7 days of a 10 day rental. (Neither of the people I spoke with said that.) The remaining three days were not prorated, but again charged the full weekly rate. I got the quote verbally TWICE, and it was plainly printed on my delivery ticket. Their answer to my double-billing inquiry was, "it's in the paperwork." IT WAS NOT! Not on any paper I signed nor on any paper I was given. Nor was I told when I returned the scooter that there was an additional charge forthcoming. I was not asked for my credit card and never signed for the extra charge. This is straight-out BAD BUSINESS.

We paid for the system and the salesman said that BluebirdMedical would help us submit this bill to Social Security and help us with the paperwork. On February 21, 2018, this Stair Climber was installed. Wwe were shocked to find out the rail system STARTED at 6-inches from the wall. In short,we hope to sell this house, but, an appraiser said the Stair Climber was too wide and would have to be removed. How can we get rid of this monster? We'd like to have this matter resolved before we contact the Montana Office of Elder Abuse.

It was not. Not only was I on the hook for the cost of the machine (over $700) Bluebird would not even submit it to the insurance company before they said they would send it to a collection agency. Then they tried to charge us late fees while we were trying to work through the insurance. But, like I said even though Bluebird clearly states it will be covered, it was not.
