I got a chicken caesar wrap to stay- she said they make it quick & she wasn't kidding when she suggested to just eat half. Within a few minutes, she brought over my wrap & it looked massive! Probably bigger than a burrito, the meat was stuffed to its absolute capacity. The grilled chicken was well-seasoned & tender, there were crouton pieces in it, lettuce was fresh & the dressing was on point- it was really good, worth $14. I will definitely get it again.

I have been to this location twice recently. Twice I have ordered the same salad, the parm crunch,…read moreand each time it has been great. I find the salad prep section areas to be neatly maintained. I do wish that when they are mixing up your salad and putting it back in the bowl that they would slow down a bit because each time a good amount of food has ended up spilling out on the counter and not making it into the bowl. Today when I went, the bread for one of the three salads I ordered was burnt. I asked for a different bread and they accommodated me, however they put the burnt bread that was touching my salad back into the bread section. I think this could cause issues potentially if anyone were to get that piece of bread and were allergic or had a food intolerance to any of the items in my salad. I prefer the pineapple lemonade over the strawberry lemonade. I would prefer being able to have the ability to put a cap myself on my drink instead of having to carry the drink back to the counter to have it sealed and then given back to me. There are a good amount of seating areas and there are also seating areas outside. I found the service to be reasonably timed each time I have gone. Wish the parm crunch salad could be a staple salad instead of just a seasonal offer. I look forward to returning back sometime soon.

We followed their recommendations and ordered the chicken sandwich and one of their signature Korean dishes, and both were absolutely yummy. The service was good, and everyone was friendly and calm. I would definitely return and recommend Sweet Snap to if looking for tasty food, good service, and a pleasant dining experience.

It's been six years since I last came here. The food is still pretty good and the service was…read morefriendly, but overall I found the sandwiches a bit overpriced. The menu has very detailed, almost elevated descriptions that make everything sound spectacular, but in practice the flavors don't quite come through, especially the sauces, which are barely noticeable. Our server was flexible when we asked to swap the potato chips for fries on the kids' grilled cheese meal, which we appreciated. However, we were then charged $1.40 for a side of ranch for the fries. I understand they have a range of specialty sauces and dips that are clearly priced on the menu, but that still felt steep for ranch. They also offer a combo option to add fries for $5, but the portion doesn't really feel aligned with the price. The steak sandwich itself was surprisingly tender, even though it looked like it might be tough. That said, I couldn't taste the roasted red pepper sauce, and the "sweet onion jam" turned out to just be caramelized onions. My mother actually ended up picking them out because she doesn't eat onions. (she won't eat onions that she can see) The buffalo cauliflower was tasty, but could have been crispier. The "serves two" description also felt a bit generous given the small portion. I also ordered a brisket sandwich to go with fries. The coleslaw sounded great on the menu, but in reality the flavors didn't stand out, no real hint of jalapeño, just a fairly standard slaw. Overall, the food descriptions felt more impressive than the actual execution, though the to-go fries portion was more generous, which was a nice surprise. Would I go back? I'm not sure. Maybe for a casual visit with a few beers and fries with an assortment of dipping sauces...I am a sucker for those.

The sauce was not too sweet at all and the burlee didn't have that burnt flavor. This is my new favorite pancake spot.
