The worst experience I've ever had! Hired this company for my wedding day, limo driver showed up in the back of the hotel with a limo that had NO air conditioning for an August wedding, the limo driver took me to TWO other different churches than previously discussed making me even more late since I couldn't find the limo at the hotel, then had the same limo all day long. When trying to contact the company about my problems, I was avoided by the owner who wouldn't return any of my 4 calls. When finally getting a hold of him a month later, he refused to refund any of my money and basically called me a liar saying all their limos are working and don't have any of the problems I listed. Wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. read more

THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! Pulled extra money out my account will authorization. After DAYS of trying to get it back they finally agreed to. A week later are refusing. Very unprofessional staff. Should not be in business. read more

I scheduled a limo and I put down a deposit. When I called to pay the balance owed, they told me I was scheduled for the wrong date--then they tried to blame ME for that mistake, saying I was the one who messed up on the date. I would never mistake my own daughter's college graduation day. It was the person who took my order who put it on the wrong date. They should be ashamed of themselves for trying to turn it around on me instead accepting their mistake and apologizing! read more

White Knights Limousine started out with one Cadillac Fleetwood Limousine in January 1989 and since has grown to a fleet of 8 limousines which include our fleet of Hummer Limos, Escalade limos, and Ford Escursion limo, corporate sedans, vans and specialty vehicles that include our amazing Rolls Royce Corniche Convertible, the only one in Lubbock and the entire South Plains region.

We had numerous suitcases and an adult walker, and my dad struggled to walk to the car. Ernest's kindness was an amazing. He made sure to get a sky cap and a wheelchair for my dad at the airport. Of course, we did our part by giving ourselves extra time to get to the airport. Thank you for making a stressful situation less stressful.

Flew into Lubbock for an event. The limo driver was at the airport waiting for me with a sign. Was super nice and helped me with my luggage (a lot of luggage) took me to my hotel and made sure I was all checked in before leaving. The next evening arrived 15 minutes early and took me to my event, there was refreshments and snacks in the limo as I prior arranged. All my guests were very impressed with the service and the luxury of the limo. Took us all over Lubbock after our event and was very friendly. Next day arrived again15 mins early and took me back to the airport. Triple A+++ service! I would definitely use them again! read more
