Ernest returned my call in a timely manner and was friendly yet professional. Ernest was extremely helpful by loading our bags and being so patient. We had numerous suitcases and an adult walker, and my dad struggled to walk to the car. Ernest's kindness was an amazing. He made sure to get a sky cap and a wheelchair for my dad at the airport. Of course, we did our part by giving ourselves extra time to get to the airport. Thank you for making a stressful situation less stressful.

My first time at the Lubbock airport, I considered parking my car in front of the airport and paying the hefty fee. But luckily I did some research and found this place. The service is phenomenal. Super kind drivers and staff always very patient and friendly! Since I've been going there they've gotten a couple of new buses and they are always kept clean and driven safely. Personally, I have really enjoyed their service and I plan on continuing on being a regular customer.

But of course you will have some that just need to complain but those are the people that never happy with any kind of service they get. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure Limo drivers and customers have a safe trip to location area and drop off location. All I can say is never judge a book from it's cover and reviews from more that 5 years. I believe this is the only Limo service that has been in Lubbock texas for over 30 years. The worst experience I've ever had! Hired this company for my wedding day, limo driver showed up in…read morethe back of the hotel with a limo that had NO air conditioning for an August wedding, the limo driver took me to TWO other different churches than previously discussed making me even more late since I couldn't find the limo at the hotel, then had the same limo all day long. When trying to contact the company about my problems, I was avoided by the owner who wouldn't return any of my 4 calls. When finally getting a hold of him a month later, he refused to refund any of my money and basically called me a liar saying all their limos are working and don't have any of the problems I listed. Wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
