While we were browsing there was a loud conversation between one of the employees working the counter and another customer where they both kept loudly using the "f word" and other profanities, not at all caring that they were in a place of business with children present. If you want to sell Disney and Pokemon cards and want families to shop at your store, maybe the employees should not be shouting obscenities with other customers 10 feet away from children.
