Spoke with the owner Andy and right off the back he was very accommodating especially this being my first accident I wasn't sure what to expect, with that being said I was confident that this will be the shop for me just because the previous shop I spoke with were nowhere near as professional as Andy to say the least. After dropping the car, the communication with Andy and Mel went smoothly, they both kept me in the loop with everything going on and they are very easy to talk to. I'm very impressed that they used OEM parts for my Subaru and my car looks great again! Overall, I would recommend this place! They even sanitize my car prior to pick up! =]
