Veras gave me a great price for applying ceramic coating to my 2021 Forester class C. The first day I picked it up in Ohio, I put a 20-foot scratch on the passenger side. I have tried to polish it out without success. When Alex finished the rig, there are no scratches. I couldn't believe how good it looks now. Since having the motorhome detailed, Veras has detailed and applied ceramic to my black Equinox and pearl white Altima. Both look excellent. I would recommend his service to my friends and relatives. I scheduled an appointment with Julian to come out and detail my 5th wheel trailer inside and out. He said he would be here at 9am. He was a no show so I called him at 10am to find out if he was still coming out. So glad I did because he said he was working on another RV and wouldn't be able to make it out until 1pm. I was very impressed with the job they did on the outside of coach so I did a cursory look on the inside. At first glance it looked great. Needless to say I should have inspected their work more carefully. They never touched the bathroom, they didn't clean the stove top, they didn't even wipe off the table. I paid $500 and had to clean it myself. Prior to inspecting their work on the inside of my 5th wheel I scheduled with Julian to re-coat the roof on my motorhome and replace the awnings. The roof job was ok as well as two awnings. The large awning was being replaced with cloth (he said it was better and would last longer than vinyl) and needs to be treated to be water repellent. Julian said he didn't have the correct product with him to treat the awning and said he could use another product that wasn't designed for treating cloth awnings. I told him I prefer he uses the correct product. He said he would come back and complete the job. Julian kept telling me that he had never replaced an awning like mine before. It's an encased awning. Julian and his crew were having a difficult time guiding the awning into the track so they used oil to make it easier and left a stain on my new cloth awning. He said he tried to get the stain out but didn't have the correct product. He also tried to justify using oil. He also tried hard to sell me his $3,500 ceramic treatment for my motorhome. After about 2 weeks I texted him for a time to complete the awning treatment. He texted back that he doesn't have any jobs in my area so I would have to bring the RV to him. He never tried to schedule a time. Now Julian is ignoring my texts. Please, do not let them touch your vehicles. read more

We had Vera ceramic coat, my 2023 Toyota Tacoma, which was brand new at the time. After doing some research on CERAMIC COATING, I decided not to get it done by the dealer. It looked good when he was finished, but I did not wash the truck for several weeks it just sat in the garage and upon the first rain the watermarks got stuck like crazy. I called Vera. He said he was gonna come over and fix it and we do it with another chemical. He said he wasn't chemical anymore. He has ignored me via text has not taken my calls. Julian Vera, the owner of Vera's Auto Detail, confidently told me that his RV detail would use Poli Glow (PG) product and would restore my RV. I had done my research on PG and it is designed for tough fiberglass jobs, including limited paint from what I read. PG when applied according to the manufactures directions does an excellent job at bringing new life to weathered fiberglass like my 1994 RV has, but doing a good prep job is key! Juilan told me he could get my fiberglass finish in the 90% range and would give the 40' RV an in-depth interior detail as well. I live out of state, so Juilian and crew traveled to Elk Grove, CA where the RV was being stored, worked for 2 days - spending most of the time on the exterior. I paid him $3,500, which he wanted 1/2 upfront and the balance at the end. In this case, the exterior detail is supposed to have a 5-year warranty. Honestly, when I saw the RV in person, it still had serious oxidation on various areas and the fiberglass looked pretty underwhelming, especially at $3,000! The exterior work he did needs to be done over! He charged me $500 to clean the interior. I had to have another company clean the interior after he finished. The new cleaner was shocked and said it took her and a helper three hours to really clean it! I want Julina at minimum to refund me at least $2,500 since it's going to cost me that much to have the work redone. He's NOT returning my calls or emails now. When he was trying to get my business he was calling/emailing me constantly! He's NO Poli Glow expert either! In fact, if you have an RV in similar condition as mine, RUN from this inferior and way overpriced shop! read more

If I could give this company NEGATIVE stars - I would! I paid this company to detail my 2015 F-150 Platinum. I keep my truck pretty clean (almost brand new) so there was not much for them to do on the inside. There was no break in the price but I didn't question it and paid what was asked. They spent a few hours at my house cleaning my truck. It looked decent afterwards. I was kinda hoping for it to be more detailed of a cleaning on the rims and interior. I had to assist with wiping down running boards and all too. After 2 days I noticed white marks on the black plastic parts of my truck (around the windshield wipers, the tailgate, the windows around the truck) and it looked like something was wiped on them all. I contacted Julian Vera and sent him a video of of a walk around my truck with all of those white spots on it. He said it was wax and offered me a free wash when I returned from out of town. I scheduled with him for a Monday morning and he chose the day and time based on his schedule and I was good with it. He never showed up or texted me or anything. I find out later that night he worked on an RV. I've kept trying to contact him. Nothing Today I decided to text him - now it's 6 weeks or so later after my initial wash and the crap is still there (last night I went through the car wash even). I took away one star for timeliness - our appointment was for about 6 and he showed up at 630. Vera and his employee were at work within 5 minutes of showing up. Vera went over some quick highlights with his process and a minor safety disclaimer that after cleaning my leather seats I would likely slide a little in the seat until the cleaner dried (so be sure to wear my seat belt). Julian and Francisco performed a full service on my cab over camper (13 years old). The oxidation was getting bad. They came to our house and worked on the camper to strip it back down to the gel coat, buffed, waxed, and sealed it. The camper has its sheen back. Julian explained the process to me as he went. The camper soaked up the first pass at sealant. They used something stronger to get the job done. They cleaned the windows very well. I didn't think they could look this good again. The camper is now in good shape and should not need more than a good wash and yearly maintenance to keep it looking good. I recently had my 5th wheel detailed by Vera's Auto Detailing. I am not happy with the work or service. At the end of the first day of work- Julian calls and asks for money for gas. Second day he asks for lunch for him and his son. Julian brings his young son to apply the wax, who does not have any experience. I could have done what he did. 5th wheel looks horrible in the sun. Very unhappy with Vera's Auto Detail. I wanted there Gold Detailing Service Package for $10-$11 per foot. We have a 24' boat that wasn't that dirty, just water spots and interior was a little dirty. Julian tried to upsell to $15 per foot and I told him that was too much for a boat that wasn't that dirty. We settled on $250. Julian and I assumed was his son were there for a little over an hour. I was out on my boat last week and wanted it detailed following the trip. I found Vera.s on the internet. The website states they will respond to a text within an hour. There is also a phone number. I called the phone number multiple times during the interaction. I never got a call back. The first texts I sent were unanswered that were sent last Monday. Finally got a response on Tuesday and made arrangements for detailing on Sunday. Since I had poor contact initially, I wanted to confirm the Sunday appointment. I sent texts and made calls Friday and Saturday that were left unanswered. I had upcoming business to attend to, so my wife, brother and I began doing the job ourselves at 07:00 Sunday. A text was finally received Sunday at 10:00, now too late. I am very annoyed by the inconvenience, that cost us 6 hours of our time, not to mention the time for the texts and phone calls.
