There is a good selection of food choices as well as beverage selections throughout the venue! Our seats were in the Pit Area which were a bit tight and not very comfortable but gave great site lines to the stage. The to and from the satellite parking lots went pretty smooth and was a nice way to get to the show. Overall, I would rate the overall experience as a 4.5 stars! Fun place to see a show and will definitely come back from St. Simons Island to see another show! Thanks for a fun evening!

One thing I love about this venue is their free shuttle system that takes you to your car (which is free parking) during the concerts. The venue is on the smaller side so it feels more intimate for the artists. There are a few areas where seating is obstructed but they do mention that when buying tickets. One tough thing about this venue is the merch line usually tends to get MASSIVE and I have seen people miss a handful of songs while waiting in it if an artist takes the stage. Bathrooms are usually clean but they are scattered around so you may need to hunt for them. Drink prices are pretty reasonable and they usually have a drink of the night that is slightly discounted. They also have a reusable cup that you can bring throughout the night for a couple dollars off refills!

For a $3 entry fee, you could just drop by for a couple hours and feel like you got your money's worth. The festival took place at Francis Field on Castillo Drive and it was a beautiful weekend. Upon entering it was quite obvious this wasn't their first time at this rodeo. I'll definitely have to keep my eyes open for next years festivities. Multiple food & beverage tents. A HUGE kids area. Covered seating with stage. And lots of vendors. We made a beeline for the Kouzina and I opted for a scoop of pastitsio (Greek Lasagna) and mousaka. Both baked dishes were delicious and I could eaten another plate. In the adult beverage tent, they offered Metaxa (Greek brandy) & Ouzo. I opted for the lemonada with Metaxa, while my husband got the ouzo. We sucked those babies down so fast and quickly realized it was a good thing we WEREN'T there all day. The Loukoumades (Greek donut holes) were a nice end to our quick sojourn. Parking is available in the garage ($12) next door, or you can find parking on the streets. If you're going to spend all day around 'old city' St. Aug, $12 isn't a bad deal, but we opted to find a free spot in the surrounding neighborhood.

Wonderful theater! I simply can't believe I haven't reviewed the IMAX before now…read more It is a huge theater, yet when you enter the lobby it has a small, welcome feel that is nice. The staff is always super friendly and the popcorn is always fresh! For our first 5 years here, my family and I had an annual pass. Such an amazing deal that was! You could get unlimited documentaries and 50% off newly released movies. Plus, you got coupons for free drinks and popcorn. In addition, each member received one free entry to the World Golf Hall of Fame Museum. And there used to be mini golf available that was unlimited as well. We've seen it change over the short time we've lived here and sadly, they don't get the patronage you'd think. From what I understand, from the start they were supposed to have an off ramp going directly to the area...but that changed and it didn't happen, and inadvertently hurt the area from the start. A lot of folks don't even realize there is an IMAX here or anything else. I suppose for most folks it is rather hidden back in the World Golf area. So sad really. The area has so much potential and the theater was one of the main things that was holding on. But they can't hold on anymore. That said, the time is coming very soon for them to close their doors for good. If you haven't checked out the IMAX and want to...you better hurry up! The theater and museum were going to stay open until December, but are now both closing their doors 1 Sep. Check out their website for showtimes. Yes, yes...there is a ton of parking and it's easy to find and a nice walk from any parking lot in the area. If you aren't familiar with the area, then use your GPS. It is a pretty drive back in here as well. Once you get here, you may be pleasantly surprised...it is very pretty. I'm sad Shell is closing this location, but I get it. I surely hope another theater group picks up where Shell is leaving off and reopens this theater again one day. It will certainly be missed!

Back in the late 1980' and 1990's we would come here on dates and when we had kids we would come her with them for movies. I can't remember the last time we were here! We met some friends here tonight to watch a movie. I really like the theater and the seating! Very comfortable! I do love how you can get unlimited drinks because they have the soda machines out in the lobby. So much easier now. Negative: My wife did feel the app where you purchase tickets was very confusing and misleading. When she looked at the seating availability it seemed there were only 8 or so seats left and they were in the back. So she purchased the seats right away. We had to pay a $5 " convenience fee" for each ticket. When we arrived and 30 minutes into the movie guess what? Only a quarter of the theater was full!!!! I think they "make you think" the theater was filling up so you will purchase tickets ahead of time and pay them the extra $5 dollars. We could have purchased tickets at the kiosk by the door.

As to the rest of the experience? Well, if your GPS takes you to a Ramada Inn, you are indeed in the right place. The comedy club entrance is in the lobby, as are the will call desk and the bathrooms. The inside of the Comedy Zone looks like someone sealed it up as a time capsule back in the '80s, then opened the doors back up one day and just rolled with it. It's dark, and a lot of things in the club are a bit...sticky. My big frustration was the seating situation. I (somewhat) jokingly told my husband when we sat down at our table (a table of six that had other parties, too) that I'd just assume we'd be meeting our maker if a fire were to break out because there is no easy way to move around. The tables -- a mishmash of rectangular and circular ones -- and chairs are just way too close together; I even saw servers having to awkwardly climb through, which I can't imagine is fun with (or without) a tray of drinks. And look, I don't expect things to be roomy at a comedy club, but the seating at our (rectangular) table was so smushed together that the three chairs on each side -- lined up sideways so as to face the sage -- had to be placed so that they were literally touching each other. This may work in a situation in which no one at the table has a lower body, but as someone who not only has legs but who is 5'9" with a 6'2" partner, we would have stared longingly at the relative spaciousness of a sardine tin. The tables are too close from a side-by-side standpoint, too; if you weren't the back, you weren't getting up unless the folks on one side of the table next to you were getting up, too. There were other tables -- especially outside of the "inner circle" -- that seemed more spacious, so I'd probably try that next time. We didn't have any food, but our drinks were decent, and I appreciated that they had a couple mocktail options as someone who wasn't aiming to get too rowdy on a weeknight. I'll make a note here that while we didn't have the issue with the drinks we got at the table, we felt a bit hoodwinked at the lobby bar when we were asked to pay on a smartphone where the default tip options were set to 25 percent, 30 percent, or 100 -- yes, 100 -- percent. I caught it, but I can only imagine how many folks who are drunk or just distracted end up leaving a $50 tip on a $50 bill and later wonder what the heck happened. I don't know how it is for other nights, but parking was a bit challenging for our show -- the second of a two-show night, which I'm sure contributed. If you're seeing a show that has multiple performances in one night -- or perhaps even a single one that's sold out -- get there early and plan for the potential of having to walk around the perimeter of the hotel to get to the main entrance, as the side ones were all closed. One last positive: you don't have to deal with the major ticket schemers -- I mean sellers -- when you come here, which is enough for me to round this review up to a 4. Even though I wish a few things were different (like my odds of a fast egress in an emergency), I'll keep coming to shows here.

They have beautiful paintings, sculptures, and a variety of other things like jewelry and beautiful stained glass window decorations. I bought a beautiful one for myself. The shop is right next to the St Augustine pier so it's right on the beach! Awesome! What a great place to just stop by when you are at the farmer's market or getting some tan-on while enjoying the beach. You can park in the pier parking lot and look for them right next to the pavilion on the north side. A little touch and go to find, but they are tucked in right next to the water. If you really can't find them just look for the fire trucks on the street just north of the pier parking lot, follow that side road to the end, take a right and you are at the gallery. But there isn't really much parking there, so try and get a spot in the big lot. But the gallery is definitely worth the work. There is street parking or on one of the side streets and walk in.
