Before the show starts you are treated to a drink of your choice while Bill walks around & does a trick or two while introducing himself. His sweet and attractive assistant keeps everything running smoothly from the minute you check in until the minute you're ushered into an intimate room with velvet curtains and small cabaret style tables with lighted crystal balls. Visiting St Augustine during the holidays and Nights of Lights means tons of people walking the…read morecity (and driving). This means long wait times to sit down at restaurants and long lines if you choose to grab a bite to go. We luckily ended up here while we waited to be called at other places where we had been told the wait times were 1.5-2 hrs. We divided our group of 16 into smaller groups and we were all able to sit down right away. There was live music which went great with the ambience of this place. The service was great. We all tried different dishes and one suggestion would be to include a side with the dishes that don't include it. Recommendations to give a try would be the burger and the buffalo boneless wings. As far as parking goes, we parked in the main garage by the visitor's center and walked the whole day. This place must have been about a 10 min walk from the garage. Keep in mind, this is not a fancy restaurant, but it's good for a quick bite or drink during the day.

There is a good selection of food choices as well as beverage selections throughout the venue! Our seats were in the Pit Area which were a bit tight and not very comfortable but gave great site lines to the stage. The to and from the satellite parking lots went pretty smooth and was a nice way to get to the show. Overall, I would rate the overall experience as a 4.5 stars! One thing I love about this venue is their free shuttle system that takes you to your car (which is free parking) during the concerts. The venue is on the smaller side so it feels more intimate for the artists. There are a few areas where seating is obstructed but they do mention that when buying tickets. One tough thing about this venue is the merch line usually tends to get MASSIVE and I have seen people miss a handful of songs while waiting in it if an artist takes the stage. Bathrooms are usually clean but they are scattered around so you may need to hunt for them. Drink prices are pretty reasonable and they usually have a drink of the night that is slightly discounted. They also have a reusable cup that you can bring throughout the night for a couple dollars off refills!

The building architecture and the gardens are beautiful. There were many collections to peruse, which were housed on 3 levels. It took us about two hours to make our way through, but you could easily spend 3 if you take your time and read everything. The floors all have a front and rear. The best suggestion we were given is to start on the 3rd floor an make our way down. The staff on hand were friendly and readily available to answer any of your questions. While we are familiar with the city, it was really interesting to have the context of history to frame our knowledge. We arrived 15 minutes before our tour, and our guide Toni was waiting for us. The tuktuk was ready with a cooler filled with champagne, sangria and water (that we ordered as add-ons to our tour). She gave us a set of headphones and a speaker we could wear around our necks, so we could hear her narration clearly over the traffic. Our two hour tour was chock full of sights and sites! Toni was fun, knowledgeable and engaging. We had plenty of opportunities to comments, ask questions, and even get out of the vehicle to take photos or admire certain locations. We cannot WAIT to take another tour (or three!) Highly recommend - this is a fun date for couples, families, or friends!
