When we took the kit the prior day, they made us take photos of the kit, yet when it was returned, they told us they couldn't see the small ziploc bag that held all the screws in the image we took so we had to pay. Neither the "missing" screw nor the riser plate that is its proprietary mate work on the camera we used. There was no amount of looking or proving that it had been returned by whomever had used it before on their part, just the assumption that we didn't return something we didn't use. if you're planning to use this company (and I would advise against it), INSIST that they scan EVERYTHING BEFORE you take it and after you return it. I have no doubt that this has happened more than once. Quite honestly, $26.50 isn't going to break the bank, but it's the principle and the lack of scrutiny of their own practices.
