I went there tonight to get my nails done at 6:40. Sorry was locked and someone came to the door. It said 7:30 On the sign and on the website as well. Someone proceeded to answer the door and and yell at me without a mask. She then proceeded to rip the sign off of the door end change the hours to "open until 5"? And slap it back on the door. I have been going there for years along with my mother and my mom said they messed up her nails a few weeks before and didn't wear masks. Also charged a lot more than they advertise. if i could give this place a zero i would. only 2 people work there so if you want to wait minimum of 30 minutes before getting serviced be ready! the man is extremely rude and has no customer service skills. always says things are the customers fault if he messes up. i showed this reference picture.. and this is what i got. i wanted pink chrome nails that are almond shaped. idk they put their own spin on it or something because these are not almond shaped. not to mention they charge $15 for chrome and it just looks like a sparkly top coat and not chrome at all. they are thick as hell and look wonky. i got charged $76 BEFORE tip. i think i could buy all the stuff to do dip and tips at home and they would have turned out better. they look absolutely horrendous. honestly just buy a kit off amazon for like $30 you'll get better results read more

I wrote a review a few days ago and gave them 1 star. I complained about not being able to use a gift card I had received due to Covid. I am now changing my opinion. The company is under different management now and were not responsible for any gift cards prior. They contacted me and said they would give me a discount regardless and I find that very awesome of them. That is good customer service. They didn't need to do anything at all but are trying to make it right even when it has nothing to do with them. I really like that. 5 stars all the way just for being nice :-) read more

Worse salon i've ever been to. My mom and I went in for a mani/pedi. My dip was the worse i've ever had. This is what it looks like two days later. It is cracking underneath and the paint job was horrible. My moms toenail got infected two days later also. The salon was dirty, the 2 workers there were liars and telling people it wouldn't be long of a wait while people sat there for over an hour, an appointment for four walked in while he didn't reserve their time and told them they would have to try a different day. Absolutely horrible experience. Do not waste your time or money. read more

After I left another salon angry I stopped in here. I was taken right away and the girl who did my nails was so sweet and she did a great job! She took her time and I appreciate that. I'll actually be requesting her next time. I watched them sanitize and they did a great job. I'm happy that this salon visit was the only thing that went right on this crazy day I had. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! If I could rate this 0 STARS I would! This lady ruined my prom! Throughout my appointment this lady was super RUDE to me didn't listen to anything I said and refused a refund, pretending she didn't know what it meant! She didn't touch my cuticles, cut my nails way too short and just did a TERRIBLE JOB overall. My nails are uneven, bumpy and JUST ALL AROUND TRASH! I paid $40 for this garbage and don't have time to get them replaced before prom! On top of them doing a bad job it is UNSANITARY: They used a DIRTY tool on my nails that they pulled out from under a counter! There was a little girl WASHING TOOLS in the FOOT TUBS, and then putting them right back! Overall I felt disrespected and uncomfortable being yelled at after asking for a refund! Fiancé wanted to get her nails done and this place was the only one open on Sunday. After waiting an hour and a half to get started her nails came out terrible and made her cuticles bleed. Didn't shape them at all and cut them terribly short. She didn't even use the colors she asked for. For just paint it cost $43. Not even gel. Will definitely not be back, completely unprofessional. I've been satisfied every time I've stopped in to this salon to get my toes done. I'm not very good at planning ahead so I appreciate the walk in service. I've had to wait typically, but never long. They turn people over quick. Sometimes it's difficult to communicate with the staff, but I've always left with what I had wanted, so can't complain about that... I just don't expect conversation! I am very disappointed in my nails, I went to this establishment back in 2018 to get my nails filled for my wedding, I loved them. Today, they look awful. Okay so I came here for a pedicure and the sign said $35. Back at home I'm use to $25 but I understand this is mentor,OH. Also the pedicure was not a full one. The lady only out lotion on my legs. No scrub what so ever. They never offered anything else like most salons do to get more out of you. When I went to go pay she charged me $38! I then asked can I get my eyebrows done? She said $10 so I gave her a $20 she shorted me $1 she gave back $9! Which I gave the lady who did my toes. I will never be back! My nail techs in FL do a better job! read more

I am so disappointed in the new ownership. I used to come to this salon all the time before moving, when I came back into town I stoped in to get a full set. I was taken by the owner and I was in shock on how rude she was.The owner was on her phone the whole time doing my nails, and when I would try to make small talk she was rude. She made me feel so uncomfortable. I noticed there was a prescription pill bottle on the counter for all to see and I thought that was odd. When she put the acrylic on my nails she had me hold my nails up to a small heater, and all of a sudden my nails started burning so bad, the pain was so intense I really wanted to scream, I had to tap my hand for her to stop her conversation for her to go "it burned?" And then proceeded to spray my hand with some type of liquid. I was so mad. Half way through a lady and her daughter came in and asked the price for a fill and a repair and the owner told her one price, and when she went to check out it was double the price she told her and then argued with the costumer, I was completely taken back by this. So it was my time to pay and she said okay $43.00 WHAT!! I didnt get anything fancy or gel. The sign clearly said 20 and up but I didn't even get a design. She didn't push my cuticles back or anything. I just paid and wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Make an appointment online for 430 I got there 15 minutes early when I walked in there was one lady working in one day getting a pedicure. She told me to sit down and asked me what I was therefore I told her I'm getting a pedicure and a full set of acrylics. She told me to pick out what color I wanted and then she would be right with me. My friend also was with me and she had made an appointment for 430. Once the guy that was getting a pedicure left she had a spell sit down while we were sitting a lady walked in and said she needed to check in for a cell on her acrylics. She told her she could check in but she had to go back out to her car and wait 45 minutes and then she could be seen. The lady walked out and sat in her car and the lady that was working called someone for back up. When the worker got there she ended up being the one to take care of me and she made it very clear to me that she was unhappy about being there that she had to drive so far to get here it was super mean super rough. She cut both of my toenails on my big toes off the side as if I had an ingrown toenail and made both of my toes bleed. She was so quick that she had my pedicure and a full set of acrylics done by the time that my friend had her pedicure done. When I said to get my acrylics she made it very clear that she needed to get home so she was going to do this quickly. When I was done she told me that I needed to pay her I didn't feel that I needed to pay $70 for the service that she had given me mind you my toes were still bleeding and my nails look like absolute crap. This is not the normal place that I would go to but the place that I go to is closed and needed my nails done for an occasion but I really wish I just would've waited until the morning after to go to where I normally go because I ended up spending $70 for my nails to look like crap and my toes to continue bleeding until the next morning. On another note I can't tell you how many times she dropped her tools that she was using on the ground and then pick them back up and continue to use them on my feet, this place is so dirty. read more

Went to this place for mani/pedi. This was my first time going and will certainly be my last. The service was shotty, as the girl is no doubt inexperienced. I have to wonder if she's even licensed. There werent many customers in spa that morning, but I felt rushed. For what I was charged for the service I have to say it wasnt worth the money. For anyone else that frequents that place, you should demand better. I rated this place with one star although it really doesnt deserve that. read more

Scheduled appointments here for 5 girls (mani and pedi) for wedding the following day (was scheduled a week ahead). There was only two workers- one doing walk ins and the other trying to do all 5 girls. If you schedule 5 girls for double appointments first make sure you have the workers needed. Sat there for an hour and a half before the pedicures even got through 3 girls. We still had manicures to do. Not only did the whole appointment last 4 hours but the polish chipped on everybody's toes two days later. If that isn't bad enough one of the girls (the bride) had to go to the doctor due to what looked like an ingrown toe nail a week after the appointment- she had never had any issue like this before. The polish on all the girls hands (gel) chipped in 5 days. 5 days. The bride didn't even make it through half her honeymoon before all the polish had chipped. Poor service. They do send you 10% coupons after a month but I will NEVER return to this establishment. POOR QUALITY TO SAY THE LEAST. read more
