Lilly Pulitzer Siesta Key Siesta Village Plaza 5118 Ocean Blvd Sarasota, FL 34242 Though it be little, its fierce! I've shopped this location since its opening & ever after. We've shopped St.Armands which is 5x size but 1/4 personality. My mama is an islander local on SK, she shops weekly. We've seen a lot come & go over time. Prints & styles, people too. Watched employees who're there to dip toes in retail b4 they know what they'll want to do, b4 they sink or swim, all the way to the ones who're doing what they love for a company/culture that's engrained in them. Out of all the "seasons" I've never been so impressed & truly enamored by a Lilly employee. This store has a gem, she be little herself, but full in heart & mind with her knowledge & passion for this iconic brand. Her name is Madeline. She is a glowing, kind & genuine soul, smiling, walking rolodex of all seasons Lilly. All styles Lilly. Past & present. The lady knows all regular & repeat customers favorites, tastes, knows every single piece name, even for helping just the walk in first timer, future Lilly lover, shopper. She is knowledgeable for not just ladies, but men & littles too, which means so much bc I'm a mama & a wife, so I need help with them all. I'll call the store from states away & give her a pathetic description, within seconds she rattles off what i'm looking for, whether they have it, & if not sources the item for me! She's a walking billboard for Lilly's brand. She lives and represents the brand. Brains and beauty. Inside and out. Very professional! She could run the store blind folded, front end & back. Down to styling the mannequins to give customers inspiration for putting together whole looks. I honestly never thought someone was more meant for a career in this business. I've seen her walk circles around what her managers have tried helping me with. I've literally drop jawed @ watching her upper management asking her advice on basic Lilly info to assist me when they've approached me to ask if i need help. Makes me smile & hits home, because she's so young. it reminds me of where I started in my career, I worked in vet pharmaceuticals & ag. I was a female & youngest & nobody took a girl in my line of work seriously, but little did they know I grew up with fire & passion for the culture, people, & industry I was in. So I was more invested & more an asset because I was living out my passion! I feel a kindred soul with Madeline. I hope she is never taken for granted because of her age, size, or sex, because she is the secret ingredient to that location! So there's my two cents on the MVP of the siesta key store. But I won't leave out that Batman always has a Robin & Lilly Pulitzer herself, always had Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. Well, if Madeline is Lilly, then Michelle is her Jackie O.! That lady is the happiest most soak it all up (learning Lilly) walking sunshine I've seen! I visit with kids & all in tow. She's always smiling & chatting my babies up. She's a retired teacher of over 25 years. What I'd call a whistle while you work kind of employee. She can be steaming dresses, folding & placing new inventory, but never misses a chance to talk with my children and my family. She looks so excited seeing us try on items like she's opening a gift on Christmas every time we come out of the dressing room to show her & Madeline our newest finds. My kids are 7 & 8, their whole life I've taken them everywhere shopping. Lilly SK's always been a place I knew they'd not fuss at having to go. Mostly in part to the fact they offer a kid's coloring table and coloring wall. Our last visit in the store I was saddened to see the new manager had removed all coloring utensils. Michelle saw how sad they were & quickly rectified the situation & made the kids day as well as this mama & gathered some crayons and coloring for them. That same day I overheard the store manager telling a customer she doesn't like prints. How can you say those words under a Lilly roof. My jaw dropped! I'm not sure if it's going to be the best fit for that lady. Lilly IS loving prints, Brights, & a whole lotta Sunshine. Bless the best of that location! read more

The Siesta Key Lilly Pulitzer shop is fantastic! Great friendly staff. Every time I stopped in, the shop was highlighting new outfits. Very fun. The staff is awesome. Make sure to stop-in when you are on Siesta Key! I have always had a great time at this store. Great management. read more

I reached out to a crazy amount of Lilly Pulitzer stores to help me for my first year shopping the APS. Scotty Hamilton (Store Manager), Candice, and Lauren H. searched for the items on my list that I was looking for and found a few (Delancey Sink or Swim & Darlah Ruffle Dress Clawdia L). They were also kind enough to give me the prices in the email. Although I already purchased those pieces somewhere else, I so appreciate all of their help and great customer service. I highly recommend going to, calling, or emailing this store for any of your shopping needs, especially during APS! Thanks so much again! read more

This store continuously disappoints me....the associates are generally snooty and not interested in helping you if you don't walk in wearing Lilly. Stopped in this week looking for several particular items, the associate wasn't even interested in looking to see if they had them in the store and simply went right to, "I can order them for you"......well, I could have to!!! I understand with COVID and encouraging contactless payment, but it should be ENCOURAGED, but to refuse a $600 purchase because I had cash is poor business procedures. A simple, "we prefer cards, but would be happy to take you cash payment" would have been wonderful....I work on St. Armands too, and while credit/debit card payment is our preference too, we are taking peoples cash....and then following proper cleaning/sanitizing protocol after such purchase. I think you need to do better Lilly! Won't patronage this store until things change. read more

This store had a great selection. I am petite so I am always excited to see some XL kid sizes available! They also had a great selection of sale items as well. The store is a pretty good size and everything was organized and neat. I went to this location twice and both times were not very busy so they had plenty of dressing rooms. The sales associate who helped my friends and I was very nice and helpful. There were some others that didn't even look at us or give us a smile when we walked in but the nice one made up for that! read more

Was there a few days ago and it was crazy busy but Libby got me a fitting room, checked on me more than once and helped me make all my final decisions. Couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Cute stuff, nice store. The whole experience is very cheerful and beachy. I tend to remember these clothes from the 70s and 80s, when I was a kid and my mom and I got matching "resort wear"- the same patterns but different styles. We loved it back then. Stumbled back in on a visit to St. Armand's and noticed that the dresses are not as cute. However, I did find some things in the sales area- shorts and sweaters, that were fun. Sales staff is nice but not overly helpful. I wish I liked more of it but it is unique enough and beachy enough that I would come back. read more

I was there with my wife while we were vacationing in Florida. While the store is not necessarily my style, my wife does like the clothing and other items that they offer. The staff is very courteous and helpful, they will allow you to walk through and look without breathing down your back. The clothing is more preppy, some higher end things, but overall, the clothing does look very nice. It is a good store just off of St. Armands Circle. read more

Enjoyed a vacation in the area enabling us to enjoy several visits to St Armand's Circle where all of us naturally ended up at the Lilly Pulitzer shop. Service was excellent by everybody! What more can we say. Shopping with two daughters is a challenge, and a bigger challenge when one is a teenager and the other a tween. The feedback was spot on by the staff of the teenager enabling us to buy cute but appropriate clothing. Both girls ended up wanting similar items resulting in us returning a few more times over the vacation. Each time the staff was remarkable. On the last visit we brought the girls' Aunt who has never shopped at a Lilly shop and now is a huge Lilly fan - walking away with several items. Again, the Lilly staff was very patient and helpful supporting the four of us with our varying needs but ensuring each of us had our own personal customized experience to enable us to find the things that were reflective of each of our personalities. Lilly is such a happy place, as my daughter's say, and the staff here ensure the experience was happy for all of us, to include the husband (offering beverages and a chair). The staff also remembered to provide us with some Lilly gifts with purchase that the girls are already enjoying! I was a customer at this store approximately one week ago and there were many sales associates there (and very few customers). There was one associate there who was terribly rude. She was very young, maybe 18-20 years old and several times while we were shopping she asked us to move so she could get through, She could walk around us, granted it would have been the "long way around" but as the sales associate I would think she would not want to interrupt her customers, especially since there were so few of them. Then again in the dressing room she was rude and asked us to move again so she could put the chalk in the chalk holder. GEEZE lady hold put your chalk in your pocket and get over yourself!!!!! read more

While I am an avid fan of Lilly Pulitzer this is unfortunately one of the worst stores. The customer service is nonexistent. There were 5 girls working there and only my mother and I in the store. No one helped us. The girls stood huddled around the counter gossiping, not offering to find sizes or otherwise contribute to the sale. It is very disappointing. I've had much better service from the store in Tampa, San Diego, and Ft Meyers. I wish I could say this was a fluke, but after years of trying this store it's the consistent way they operate.
