I spent $75+ on a short sleeved shirt today. It hurt a little, but it also felt oh-so-right. To…read moresome people that might not sound that bad... but for me, it was definitely a tough bullet to bite. Nonetheless, it was a bullet I chose to bite. Here's why: 1) A trendy-casual looks works great for me in my personal and work life, so it's great to have shirts that I can wear untucked with a nice pair of jeans or chinos. It's the absolute worst when you find a shirt you love, but it hangs so low that you would look absolutely ridiculous with it untucked. UNTUCKit shirts are the perfect length and sit just below your waistline to give you that casual look without trying too hard 2) The sizing of the shirts. It's pretty interesting what they do here. They have "try-on" shirts that you try-on for size and then they mark a card with your size. They do not have all sizes on display for all shirts. They keep them in the back and bring them out when you decide on a design you like. This might seem weird... but once I found the perfect size, I loved how mindless the shopping experience became. It would be all-too-easy to just walk back in and snag another shirt without even trying it on. They had in-between sizes (i.e. Large slim; in between a medium and large) too which was really great for making sure that you get that perfect fit. Nice touch, UNTUCKit. 3) The staff was friendly. Shopping experiences can be intimidating. Especially when staff is rude/unhelpful... But here, I have to give them credit. The staff felt super approachable and made great suggestions on sizing/design options. I felt at-ease right away. Even when I found an online-coupon, the staff was accommodating and made sure that I could use it in-person, too. Here's what I think could improve: - The long-sleeved shirts' sleeves are well... too long. When I commented on this, the staff member assisting me said "everyone says that." Hopefully UNTUCKit corporate is listening? I think that would be a great improvement. (But maybe they assume that you'll always roll them?) - I'd love to see more design styles. Don't get me wrong, the styles they have are great... but it's also a relatively small store. Especially if you're keeping more of the product in the back, I think some more diversity in styles would be awesome (especially since the sizing/fit of your product is so great). There were also a couple of the cotton shirts that had a very papery-feel to them... with a high sticker price, those didn't seem like a good choice. - The value. I feel confident and attractive in my UNTUCKit shirt, but that feeling definitely came with a high price tag. I understand that the product is well-made and the sizing feels very tailored, but $80+ for these? I mean... c'mon, the profit margins on these have to be through the roof (I honestly don't even want to know). Will I buy more? Man... I'd love to tell you that I would never spend that much money again on a short sleeved shirt... but it fits so damn well! The value is my only real "ding" here that knocks off the star, and that certainly rests on the shoulders of corporate. Speaking of responsibilities that rest on corporate... The photos on this Yelp page (unless corrected) currently have misspelled "Cincinnati." I did cringe a little. We're a proud people, UNTUCKit... But when it comes to this store and their product...The staff here is great and the store and brand have a lot to be proud of.

All staff were wearing masks. This is definitely a plus. The store is a bit crowded. I don't mean people. The racks are close together and just moving throughout the store I knocked things off the rack at least once especially by the work out/athletic section. I was trying to find a pair of leggings and all the sizes and styles were mixed. I couldn't find what I was looking for. During my leggings search, I was approached by an employee about a rewards program. I don't shop at Old Navy very often, so I took a pass. As I navigated further into the store, the more crowded it became. By the clearance section, it was impossible to look through the racks as everything was packed and hard to move through the area. Plus, I docked a star because the entire back of the store smelled like pot. It was mostly empty of people, but a few. I thought it may have just been the clearance section, but as I moved towards the kids section then the men's side by the dressing rooms - the smell definitely lingered. Recently, there was a special for Valentines Day special for rewards members for 3 Wick Candle and Body mist $17.95. The strawberry shortcake scent! Couldn't pass it up. I walked in and a representative assisted right away. Besides that, they always have great sales, new line up on products, and something for everyone. They sell candles (my fave), hair and body, hand soaps, laundry, men's products and sanitizers, body mist and more! I usually do online orders but when I shop the stores, this a the best location by far. I've been a fan for years and will stay one.

There's K&G before Covid which was 5* most of the time for variety and selections, workers ready to help you and then there's K&G after Covid...less selection on colors for suits and hardly any help in all departments. My hubby has a closet full of suits and the last 4 times we went he left empty handed. He said they have a lot suits but nothing he wanted. He's looking for classic browns, a solid black suit that has a nice sheen-not mat and not pin stripes or styled like a lounge singer. Same with navy and brown/tan. And they never have his size. Everything is way too big or slim fit and tight and he hates that. They had a guy tailoring for them for years and now it's someone else who said he wouldn't put a cuff on our grandson's pant leg because kids don't get that. We found a pair of dress shoes for our other grandson in his size which is 7 in mens and it had a mismatched 7.5 wide with it. After scouring with a cashier's help they found the only 3 pairs his size were all mismatched. They had zero boys dress shirts for 12 or 14/16 but upon coming back today they got a shipment in and had some thank goodness. In the end we were able to get the boys each a 3 piece suit in black and a dress shirt/ties. Had to go online for dress shoes elsewhere. They did alter the suit we got perfectly.

The pricing varies and you can find some great deals, but some items you'll have to weigh how much you love them versus their pricing. The staff was friendly, but standoffish- there if you had a question but not overly helpful or in your face. We asked about a blanket on display and were told they could order it for us or we could order online- since we live in California we opted to just check it out online at a later point. Downstairs is men's, housewares, records and sales items. Definitely a much smaller men's selection. I did snag my son a green hoodie, which he loved and immediately put on. Fun pit stop to our day and plenty of staff to help. They were chatting and helpful during checkout.
