The weather was on our side so we took seatings outdoors. To protect the guests from the sometimes windy atmosphere at Hönö, there is built a 1-1,5 m high glass walls around the outdoor area. The effect this has on a warm summerday is sauna-like and extremely hot!!! We all had on of the two dishes avalible for lunch, the hotsmoked salmon with potatoes and cold remoulade sauce. A very swedish westcoast dish and it was absolutely fantastic! Accomanied by a glas of the house white the bill ended up to be 235 kr which is quite pricy for a lunch, but you definately pay a little extra for the location.
