He is an excellent stylist and LOVED my hair when he cut it. HOWEVER not this guy which is Raphaels brother (I thought I was in good hands). Upon arrival, I was quickly being asked to be sold on extensions. My hair was waist length..... a Kyle Richards style and length and extremely health hair, I might add. When I wasn't interested in the extensions (I have thick hair and was thinking WTH I have a lot of hair) Daniel then tried telling me I needed a Braziallin straightener. My hair is naturally straight, glossy and again incredibly healthy. My mother was a hairdresser (note: I know a lot about hair) she still has a license and she buys all my professional grade products. We talked about a trim and just freshening the ends. I told him to point cut my hair which he said he uses a technique that is essentially the same. I told him my hair wasn't the right texture for razor cut I have a lot of medium to fine hair. He said, trust me I know what I'm doing. Well, he went ahead razor cut my hair OFF and it wasn't a cut it was butchered. I had my hair looked at a month after in my home town to get something done with it. My hairdresser showed me where Daniel had cut a chunk out of the back of my hair underneath. He cut the hell out of the right side leaving gaps and disconnection all across the side of my hair. The left side looks like a different hair cut. I was so upset and nearly cried. He told me it was good change. I told him we didn't agree on cutting my hair off. I came here for a trim and even physically showed him how much hair to cut. My hair was again waist length. I walked out with the front of my hair to my collar bone. To add insult to injury, before I could walk out the door, he takes a red light therapy wand to my face and says my wife has those (referring to marionette lines) and starts pressing it on my face swiping it down my lips which I had lipgloss on a smears it on my face. He is REPULSIVE!!!! Let me add a WARNING if he starts upselling you and don't buy into his sales and his demeanor changes, becomes quite when you don't won't his add-on like everyone has mentioned, get the HELL up out of his chair and RUN. I'm mortified by this cut. It literally sickened me. My friends on the trip wanted to go back to demand a refund. He IS a JERK I might add!!!

The hair dye didnt seem like the pitch black that i asked for. It was more like a natural black and with patches of my original hair color. The hair cut was horrendous. She chopped off chunks of my bangs and made different strands in different lengths. I showed her a picture of the bangs i wanted. Very simple, just completely straight bangs which practically only needed to be trimmed. She seemed very polite and even asked if i was happy with my haircut, i told her i wanted the bangs more straight and all she did was chop it up even shorter so i decided not to go further with it. I tried fixing my hair as much as i could at home, but she cut some strands shorter than an inch. I really wanted to like this place. I am disappointed.
